This hotel was ok. I feel the rooms definitely need to be either updated or deep cleaned! There were stains on the walls, lamp shades, curtains and it was very dusty. The shower curtains need to be replaced as well. The breakfast was ok, although they kept running out of food, the breakfast host were refilling as quick as possible. The pool had extremely cold water to where you couldn’t get in. You would think during the cooler months it would have an heating element so that kids could get in and swim, that’s one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Overall, this wasn’t a bad hotel to stay in, I’ve just stayed in more clean environments.

Stayed in room 208 & was bitten up something awful by bed bugs! See attached pix. Everything was great up til then but once I addressed the issue with them the quality of my stay & how I was treated by staff went downhill. Wouldnt do anything to make it right except move me to a different room on 4th floor where the hallways are like an OVEN! Water in pool was murky with a yellowish greenish tinge. Went against my better judgement & swam & got a pool rash! The rooms are cozy & beds were very comfortable & breakfast is great. Some things around the rooms were ratty though on the bedding, curtains, vinyl flaking off of desk chair, stains on the carpet. Had it not been for the bed bugs & treatment thereafter I would have given at least 4 star rating because there was still a lot I liked about the hotel & I wanted to stay longer despite that but manager would not allow me to extend my stay due to a bad review I had left before I checked out but ended up needing to stay longer & because I had told other guests about the bed bugs & was told I had ran guests off in so doing so was asked to leave & not come back.

I booked this hotel months in advance as a Choice Member & always get Late Ck Out as part of my Rewards. I have a disability&need hit tub, shown n pics & on site--NO HOT TUB Ck out is 11am not NOON as advertised either. Plus when I asked about my late check out, or noon atleast I was told it is $35 a hour for each hour past 11am. What the heck !! Your own site says Noon Check out!! Plus members r supposed to get a late check out. "HEATED" pool was freezing. Hot tub was filled in with concrete. All doors had rocks outside by them being propped open for anyone to enter anytime. Keycards only worked thru front sliding doors LOL & everytime you passed front desk or left ur room u had to have cards rescanned, so pretty much key cards were useless. It also states on the site & hotel page that Choice Members are only required to put 20% deposit not the 150$. The 150$ pertained to cash customers or reward nights yet you debited my card $150 plus I paid in advance to Pay Now and Save with Choice. There were so many rules we just tip toed around so we didn't get charged for anything. There were guests tho sitting out in parking lot in lawn chairs(different groups) drinking beer and etc at 7 pm on a Tuesday evening. I expect to get a response personally from this hotels manager as well as Choice as I am filing complaint with them as well. If you do not offer the hot tub or heated pool or correct check out and you don't honor choice member benefits you should be removed from their affiliation. Charging 35$ for every hour past 11am yet check out on every website even my reservation email is Noon! Rip off!! PLUS IM SUPPOSED TO GET 200 REWARD POINTS FOR GIVING A REVIEW BASED ON MY INVOICE FROM THIS HOTEL YET THE WEBSITE LINK DOESNT WORK THEY GIVE YOU...I EXPECT MY POINTS MANAGEMENT!!

We were here a year ago when it was the Comfort Inn, as they were changing to the Quality Inn. That’s why we felt good about booking here again.. We also booked here because they have an indoor pool.. This place has went Downhill quick, the Pool is unbearable, the smell of chlorine is Harsh doors have to be propped open, there aren’t any windows that open and the fan is broke, We were told it’s been broke for almost a year.. It’s an easy fix, instead peoples eyes burn, kids are choking because of the fumes.. There is a big pile of air conditioners, heaters, and a fridge in back of the hotel, they too have been there for quite some time, I’m surprised that scrappers have’t came and grabbed them. There is a section of fence that’s just laying down. The key entry thing to get back in from the back door is broke, so people prop the door open with a rock. It seems like there are no repairs or upkeep going on here at all. And the Breakfast... lets just say I ate Raisin Bran and my hubby ate pastries, Even the Apple juice was gross, it tasted like pure sugar.. on the upside all the employees were very nice and friendly.. I can’t see this place staying open much longer, I know we won’t be back. We stayed here because there is an inside pool and it was pretty much unusable and unsafe..

Everyone was so friendly! The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all so sweet. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. The king room with sofa felt like it had a lot of furniture in it but the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was good but the pool area was a little small and it was a busy weekend. We would stay again.
