Terrible facility - will NOT go back. Room was prepaid, but we were told they had no record of payment. We had to pay again just to secure the room. (still working on resolution) Room rates were jacked up for the week - over 200 a night. Ridiculous price for this facility. Room was dirty -- hair in the tub; stains on the walls, carpet, and curtains; railing in the parking lot was falling over -- held up in one spot by a tow strap! Shower head was about 4 foot from the tub floor - great for a child, but horrible for a normal or tall adult. There was a patch in the ceiling above the shower head, but it was not fully filled in (had a hole into the ceiling). NO housekeeping service - towels had to be placed out side the door daily and new ones were supposed be set by our door. We had to go to the desk daily to obtain new towels. Booking stated breakfast was included, but breakfast was not provided. (Choice of THIS facility, not a corporate decision) Yet, no rate reduction or compensation for their choice to discontinue breakfast service. No snacks in the vending machines. (completely empty) Photos on line do not reflect what the facility looks like. I would not recommend this

It is never our intention to mislead our guests; however, the photos we provide on our hotel website are indicative of our property. At this time, several services—such as breakfast and housekeeping—have been suspended so we can ensure a safe environment for our guests and personnel. Reservations made through third-party websites don’t always sync with our system right away, which likely resulted in the unexpected charge. Should you have any further questions about your reservation, we encourage correspondence with the website in which you booked, as we have limited control over third-party bookings. Other than this we hope your time in the area was pleasant, and we hope to see you again the next time you're in town.
