We were just walking distance from the ocean and they kept the beach area clean. The lazy river and hot tub were nice and warm. The only thing wrong with the room was that the water didn't go all the way down the drain, so when you took a shower, you were standing in a puddle for a little bit. We were also provided tickets for a full buffet breakfast which was very good.

We had reservations at this hotel one week before we checked in. When we got there and checked in, I saw the room number we were supposed to get, but as soon as I showed them my Service Animal, US Government registration number, We were given a different room on a different level. This room was DIRTY to the MAX. It had mold on and in the pillows, sheets, and bed covers. Mold was also very much present in the bathroom walls, floors and tub area. The odor in the room AND in the hallway to the room was HORRIBLE. After two nights in this filth, and with a major complaint, they FINALLY moved us to the original room we were first supposed to get. It was a little better but still NOT acceptable. Even the pool and lazy river was not as clean as it should be.

We complained again when asked by the general manager how we liked our stay. I unloaded on him and he comped us ONE NIGHT of our seven night reservations. We will NEVER STAY at this hotel again.

When we got to the hotel. It seemed well organized..that quickly fell apart. The lobby was full of upset guest. We finally get to our room and its a king when we made sure to get two queens do to medical reasons. Finally get to the correct room after wasting hours. Then I'm charged for an extra day!! $185 so fine we'll stay the extra day. Time to go to bed... With roaches! I'll attach pictures. Most of them are dead so that's a good thing. I call the front desk (from my cell bc the room phone doesn't work). They don't even have a broom I can use to sweep up the dead bugs! My sister is hooked up to her dialysis machine already so we cant move rooms. So, we are sleeping with bugs all over the floor tonight. Oh and after all this we want to just relax in the hot tub...nope, its only big enough for 4 people lol ****for some reason the site will only allow me to upload 1 picture

1. There are two different buildings to this hotel. Upon check in the man handed us the room key and told us the room number. We had to search for a cart after being told they “don’t keep track of them because it’s too hard to do”. I get this, I was a guest service manager of a hotel, but you should definitely have a more pleasant answer than that. We found a cart from someone coming down from the “tower”. Took the tower elevator to find that our room was not in that building.
2. The room definitely needs updating and a good deep clean. The bathroom tiles behind the door had mold and mildew on them. The shower head was clogged and didn’t push as much water as it should have. Beds were meh.
3. The beach access was great! We didn’t use the pools at all.
***Overall this hotel needs a really good deep clean. I would think it the midst of all this COVID madness they would really focus on cleaning and sanitizing but during our 3 night stay, I saw 1 housekeeping attendant. The employees and manager would benefit from a hospitality course or two! I expect a lot more when paying almost $200/night!

I’ve slept in cleaner, more cared for rooms for $50! The floors weren’t even swept; the bed sheets were wrinkled rather than being “fresh from the dryer” folded clean. The shower curtains were orange from use and lack of cleaning. The chair and ottoman were stained red. The free breakfast is a walk down the street. The view from the room was the hotel across the public parking lot rather than being the “ocean view” it advertised. Though you could see the ocean if you stepped outside on the balcony. And the popcorn ceiling was literally falling apart. Seriously. The only good thing about the stay was the comfort of the bed.

Yes, their are two bedroom suites. Very nice condo with 2 bathrooms, a sleep sofa, kitchen, fridge, dishes, washer and dryer,silverware, pots and pans, dishcloths and towels, coffee maker.
