Just a block away from the beach with very easy access. The room was comfortable and pretty spacious. It had a full size fridge and microwave which was very convenient. The staff were wonderful and did whatever they could to accommodate our needs as well as give suggestions for what to see. It was quiet and all the guests seemed very respectful. It isn't plush but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It was a good value for the money.

My cousin and I stayed at David’s Landing during our mini vacation to Myrtle Beach in July 2018. When I called to book the hotel, the receptionist was sure to tell me that because I was under 25 years old (I’m 22) that there would be a $100 security deposit. This wasn’t a concern of mine, because most places in safer areas don’t even allow 22 year olds to book a room. The receptionist was extremely nice and informative that this hotel was not a place to party or have a bunch of friends over so if I was looking for that to look elsewhere. We were trying to avoid the party side of Myrtle beach so this was perfect for us!!
Upon arriving to the hotel, we were given keys to a fourth floor room with a nice ocean view. The hotel is across the street from the beach, but there is a crosswalk to direct you with easy access. Our room was a little outdated, but very clean!! The room had 2 beds as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave, and a stove top with two eyes. There were plenty of pots, utensils, and plates that we were welcome to use.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s Landing and plan to book this hotel for our next stay!

4th stay in the last 2 years. Always a very pleasant staff. Hotel is dated, yet very clean and comfortable. Across the street from the ocean. Every room has a balcony with a great view on the ocean side. Rooms are equipped with coffee maker and coffee, toaster, micro, full size fridge. Oven with stove top burners if you request. All utensils are provided. Call direct, and they will give you a great rate. Water pressure is good. And they provided more towels than I could ever have used. Nice pool area, and great private parking. WIFI was outstanding! (never had a signal problem) All and all, a great stay. Hated to leave! WILL BE BACK.

I do a lot of travel and use Trip Advisor extensively. The reason that I choose a hotel has a lot to do with the reviews. Well they were spot on for David's Landing. The hotel is a little on the older side, in my opinion, that only ads charm if the rooms are clean, spacious, and in a safe area of the city. David's Landing exceeds in all of these aspects. Michelle is the hotel manager, and she goes the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are met. I only wish that their website included all of the nice small things that made my stay more enjoyable. The room that I stayed in had a coffee maker, toaster, full size fridge, micro, and a variety of plates and eating utensils. I only hope that the next time that I come to Myrtle Beach they have a room available for me. There was absolutely NO negatives for my stay. Thank you Michele, and thanks to Davids Landing. You have a customer for life.

I was a little leary when we got there. Looks a bit old. Got our room on the 4th floor with a great view of the ocean and the public access beach was right across the street. We brought a UV light to check our room and we're very happy to say the room was very clean. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.Housekeeping came everyday. We are already making plans for next year.
