We stayed at this hotel twice, for one night each in both December 2019 and January 2020. We were supposed to be booked in an ADA room both visits. The first visit, we were in room 271. It was on the main floor of the hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the front desk, but not too terrible. The shower had grab bars, but it did not have a handheld shower head or seat. And I could only back into the bathroom with my walker. There was not enough room to turn around or close the door. Otherwise, the room wasn’t horrible, we just couldn’t fix the clock to use the alarm. The second visit, we had asked for a standing shower. We were booked into room 237, which was a true handicapped ADA room, with doorbell and lights for deaf or hard of hearing, and a large standing shower, with shower seat, grab bars, and hand held shower head. It was also the furthest room from the front desk. It was also by a fire exit, that had stairs. By the time I walked to the room with my walker, I was beat. My family went to the pool, that had both handicapped access, and an open elevator to, but it was on the opposite side of the pool than we were staying on, so I didn’t go. My other complaint was that the designated smoking area was right in front of the wheelchair ramp, meaning that I had to walk through all of the smoke while on the ramp.

Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case. You mentioned that the room you were assigned was not fit for ADA guests, as well as how ADA guests would be able to access the pool and the room.
