I have an 8 lb Yorkie and would like her to stay in the room while I ski. Would this be o.k. ?

Dirty entry .. Disgusting Rooms .. Bathroom unsanitary .. Pay the extra money and stay at another hotel!! Checked in, gave the room a chance after a disgusting parking lot and entrance. Only 5 mins in the room asked for another. Second room was worse! The only good thing is they did not charge me any cancellation fee. We were almost glad to sleep in our car after having a hard time finding another vacancy locally.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I am ashamed of myself for not checking the reviews more carefully. This place was HORRIBLE. We arrived early so we walked in to at least let them know we were there, maybe we could check in early, and we wanted to find out if we could hang out at the bar/restaurant, or if we could go and use the pool while we waited for our room. The front desk person was an incredibly obnoxious and rude person. She said check-in was at 4 pm and immediately started to walk away. I was genuinely surprised and reacted that way. She was adamant at making sure I knew I was wrong for thinking check-in was at any time other than 4. I believe in my moment of surprise I said "oh I thought the email said 3." Instead of saying "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do," she barks "No. The email says 4." Wow, someone had to prove her point! Way to start off a guest's vacation! Ironically, the email never stated a check-in time. I tried to ask some of the questions above but she wouldn't let me speak. Any time I tried to say something she just kept saying "come back at 4 / check-in is at 4." It took every bit of patience not to cancel our reservation that very minute and find another hotel. Trust me, we should have!!! When I called the week before our reservation, I was told the resort had just opened back up after approx. 3 mos closed due to COVID. They sure didn't use that time to clean or repair the hotel. The carpet is dirty. Hallway lights are broken. There is torn duct tape on the stairs. The stairs area smells like BO. Our initial room smelled like weed. We changed our room but our new hallway smelled like BO the next day. There was garbage EVERYWHERE. The parking lot had tons of garbage in parking spots. Garbage cans were full every day. Even the hand sanitizer bottles looked dirty! The photos for the resort display a giant pool area with a rock waterfall. THEY ARE A LIE. The pool was 1/3 of the size. The entire deck area was run-down. Broken tables, broken wood was throw in random places. Garbage was overflowing. All of the waterfall features are not working. They have dirty water or are dried up and have hoses hanging and exposed. The restaurant was just a run-down conference room, not an attached restaurant and bar. We were supposed to get hot breakfast included with our stay. When we went down for breakfast at 8:50 am, there was no one in the room and no breakfast available.

First of all I never ever write reviews it just is what it is..nottt.this place is a effing dump..gym equipment broken..handrails in stairwells are duck taped to keep steady.. mold around shower head..watched a roach crawl up my bedroom wall..light brown running water..toilet had to be flushed multiple times to flush completely..wood walkway to pool has loose and damaged boards..air conditioner leaked in my suitcase damaging my clothes.. management promised to have them washed by housekeeping..never happened..dirty ring inside toilet bowl..mildew on bathroom walls..ripped carpet on steps in stairwells. Hallways smell like cat piss..non working games in game room. However the machine will take your money.Balcony doors broken..The carpet was filthy.Everything is outdated..A effing dump..took 20 of my family members everyone was disappointed. Please please do not waist your money.if you can afford go to camelback up the road 3 minutes away. I cant say one good thing about this place other than tear it down.

Please save your money to book camelback right next door. This hotel is just nasty the hallways smelled like piss there was duck tape holding together the steps in the stairways, the room had dust everywhere as if it hadn’t been fully cleaned in god knows how long. The bathroom in the room had mold on the shower curtain as well as the shower head and all around the toilet. When I turned the sink water on for the first time it came out brown So we brushed our teeth with bottled water. This is not just me over reacting because myself and my family booked 8 rooms for the weekend and they all were nasty some worse than others. One room had holes in the wall as if an old headboard was ripped from the wall and not put back, another room had the air conditioner leak so bad it ruined there clothes. This hotel is in no way a resort the so called gym had 1 working treadmill and the rest if the equipment was broken. They have a small game room for kids and the games don’t work but guess what they still take your money. The only ok thing about this hotel was the outdoor pool which is open 24 hours but that doesn’t really matter because the lights at the pool don’t work so it’s completely dark outside. We didn’t eat here because of how nasty the rest of the hotel was I can imagine what the kitchen was like. Please stay far away from this place they are in serious need of a renovation and it’s a shame because this place has potential to be great.

I apologize for the late reply. We took our 14 lb dog and the hotel had no problem with it. I believe that they have rooms designated for guests with dogs. Hope that helps.
