Room was large, clean, ventilation worked well, bathroom modern and well kept. Lots of pillows. Thick towels. But decor was a bit cold and austere. Not a warm, comfortable welcoming place. Breakfast was very disappointing. So many items were low or completely empty we considered going out instead. Desk staff was not so great. He was pleasant enough but was so focused on trying to find me in the Hilton Honors systems, he didn't even tell me my room number nor write it on the room key sleeve. I had to ask. Good grief. Didn't tell me anything about checkout time, breakfast time, pool hours, etc. Guy said he would call me when he found me in the system; he never did. Not sure I would stay here again. Was pretty surprised given the great reviews and my own previous good experiences with other Hampton Inn stays.
