We visited for a scooter rally back in February with friends.

The best weekend away with friends in memory !

Great venue, the staff were very welcoming with great English.

The selection and quality of food was excellent.

The room was basic but very clean and a pleasant place to stay.

Don't go expecting 5 star luxury and you will have a great time.

My Son and I stayed here to attend the European Street Dance Championships from 18 - 22nd May 2017.
We arrived at around midnight after an extremely long coach trip from the UK. The booking in was ok and quite quick considering the time and amount of us that arrived at the same time. However, I was just handed our room key and not given any direction as to where our room was. Upon asking the receptionist unwillingly explained!
Our room was in the main hotel block on the very top floor. Whilst initially we found the hotel quite creepy and a bit eerie, we soon settled in and accepted the fact it is a disused nuclear plant!
The rooms were very basic, décor very dated and colour scheme rather yuck! There were no tea and coffee making facilities but in all honesty, we were not in there much, so it didn't end up being a problem. All that said, the room and en-suite were spotlessly clean, as was the bedding and towels :)
I could not fault the restaurant, only one member of staff in particular who I struggled with to ask if the dishes were vegetarian due to the language barrier, luckily other diners jumped in and helped me. Aside from that, there was more than enough for me to eat. Fruit and veg was very fresh and the facilities were clean :)
A couple of negative comments, firstly, the wifi is an absolute nightmare! Most of the weekend was spent with no signal or connection to the internet, on occasions we were able to connect in the main reception but no chance whatsoever in the rooms.
Finally, on our last day, my Son and his team mates went off to play in the theme park after they had completed their last performances. Unfortunately, they encountered some local teenagers who decided to make sexual comments to some of the girls and hurl abusive racist comments at my Son. This resulted in a fight amongst some of our children from our dance school and said teenagers. Luckily most of the children came away unscathed by my Son and one of his friends came away with cuts and bruises! As you can imagine a lot of the children were very upset and shaken by the event and we as parents were extremely cross as they should have been safe in this environment.
I understand the local boys involved were evicted from the park but in hindsight, there should have been more security in the first place to avoid anything like this taking place.
Despite the unfortunate event on our last day, we enjoyed our time here and would not let it put us off staying again.

Have just returned from 4 nights at wunderland for UDO street dance championships with 3 small children aged 9,6 and 9 months old. Got put in the family hotel which is not attached to main building and was shocked to get to the room to find was on the 2nd floor and had 2 sets of steps to climb up with cases, buggy etc. Don't know how they expect to put family with a baby in a room on 2nd floor when there is NO lift! Every night had to carry baby, car seat and buggy frame up 2 sets of stairs! Room however was lovely and big just would be more ideal if situated on ground floor. Also if you are travelling with a baby the rooms and not suitable there is no kettle to boil water for bottles so made it very hard to clean and make up bottles for my son. Did ask at reception for a kettle and they didn't have any for the rooms. Staff at the hotel have very little understanding of English and cannot speak hardly any either so made queries very difficult! My 6 year old was also on antibiotics and with no fridge in the room couldn't keep the antibiotics refrigerated! Rooms are not well equipped at all!
Was very shocked that the hotel did not provide water! Yes all fizzy drinks and wine and beer is included in the all inclusive but something so simple as water is not! Find this even more shocking when u are providing this venue for a dance competition but cannot provide water as a drink! One child In my group I traveled with ended up so poorly by the 3rd day that an ambulance was called for her to the hotel and the medics diagnosed dehydration. This really is something the hotel needs to address if you have paid for an all inclusive stay you should not be expected to pay for small bottles of water.
The competitions were held in a separate building (sports hall) and again was very surprised to find out that food and drink while at the competition which was majority of the time you had to pay for.
Fun fair which my children were so excited about on the lead up to coming was a total disappointment! The fair was hardly ever open and the little time it was had hardly no rides opened! My children were very upset. Why promote a fun fair and not have it open for the children. When asked it was said that it was because it wasn't busy. You were holding a street dance championship and the hotel was sold out rooms so how much busier does it need to be for the fair to be accessible!
All In all my children had a great time with their friends and dance school however I do feel this hotel needs a lot of improvements and to make this more appropriate for people staying with children especially babies.

Had a great time and was amazed how big the place was. We met friends and made new friends we stayed Friday to Sunday, The place was very clean Bars, Restaurants, Bedrooms and the Food was fresh the little bit i ate lol as all our drinks was free in the package. One Bad Point was i went to one of the bars to get a bottle of water to take some tablets and they refused me as our check out was at 11.am so i tried a different area and i was Refused again which i thought was very bad as i had an hour trip to the airport until i could take my medication. we came over from the UK.

Was here yesterday during the exhibition for Inland Shipping. Hotel room is normal and not spectacular. Bathroom is clean and has all necessary items. Bed is very hard and furniture is little bit out dated. Bed is hard but good. During the night it was very quite. Dinner and breakfast is very good with a lot of choice.
