I last stayed here in 2013 when it was a Radisson and it was well below Radisson brand standards. Pool was closed, elevators broken/down, garage was in questionable shape, housekeeping was questionable.

It's been 6 years and nothing has been fixed. If anything, it's gotten worse. Housekeeping is a mere suggestion rather than actual service. Elevators are still broken. Pool's still closed. At least this time the AC from the room above me didn't leak all over my laptop & mobile phone.

Overall, skip this place. For the same price, you can do much better in Rochester.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this place is filthy dirty. Zero stars
Escalators not working, pool closed for “repairs”, 2 of 4 elevators not working. Working elevators dirty, pulled back covers to go to sleep and found a long hair on the sheet and one on the pillow. Called front desk and they sent someone that said housekeeping was gone and handed me two flat queen sheets for a king bed. Looks like nobody has done any cleaning in years.

Riverside looks nice on the website, but in fact, things are not operational therefore not so nice. When we went into our room for the first time, there was a dirty sock on the chair. I insisted we stay in the room, but to remove the sock. This is before I knew better. The restaurant was closed so to eat breakfast you had to walk over their sister property and spend $17PP. Seventeen is a key number for this hotel. $17 per day to park. The pool, elevator, and escalators were not in working order. When I checked in I asked about maid service. I requested daily changing of the sheets and fresh towels since my child had poison ivy. I called the front desk to inform them that the sheets were not changed. they said someone would be right up. Nope, sheets were never changed. Beds never made, but fresh towels in the bathroom. Crazy, they could give fresh towels and not make up a bed. Stay somewhere else and save your sanity.

Nothing good about it. Not even sign on the drive way or the door . No food. Pool closed. Fitness center out of order. Only meager stock of items in store. No housekeeping. Internet very weak. No fridge or microwave in my room. Very small bathroom. Receptionist said about to close for good.

I stayed here with my son for a soccer tournament as it was the hotel the tournament had arranged for the players.
The first thing we noticed was the hotel was in a less than desirable area with many questionable people walking around. We made our way into the hotel to find out that the pool was under renovations. Not the end of the world but we heard from an employee that the reason it was closed was because part of the safety wall had fallen into the river.
After checking in we went to our room to find that our room was covered in white dog hair. It was everywhere, including the floor, desk, chair, and behind the t.v.
We went back down to the lobby and met up with some of our team only to find out that many of the other family’s had issues with their rooms, such as broken toilets or rooms that had not been cleaned from the previous guest.
We didn’t even have the maid clean our room during our stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of the price.
