First time staying here, and it was absolutely delightful! The mom and son team does everything in their power to make you feel at home and part of the family, especially during all the covid craziness. They take care of everything themselves! I don't know where they get the limitless energy. The room and entire building was kept very, very clean and well-cared for, and it was a treat for the eyes just to look around and see all the adorable seaside and cozy decorations. It's an older building, but they've renovated it beautifully while keeping the old time charm. Our second floor balcony was heavenly with a fantastic view of the ocean and a roof over it in case of rain. The owner even surprised us with unbelievable homemade blueberry muffins straight from the oven one morning and hot raisin cranberry scones another day! All were gourmet quality and luscious. They even have well-maintained apple trees that are picture-perfect, and we lucked out. They had just picked some and had them out for everyone to try. Old-fashioned top-notch hospitality doesn't get any better than this. There was even a drip coffeemaker with coffee pouches in the room, toaster, mugs, glasses, plates, utensils, and a larger refrigerator than most other hotels we've stayed at. Loved that it was in a much quieter area than Hampton Beach but still had a great, less crowded beach. You can even walk just around the corner to the North Beach Bar and Grill for a meal or snack. The shrimp tacos were great there! We hated to have to leave but very highly recommend the Windjammer!!! We've never been treated so beautifully at any hotel!

What a gem! The location is wonderful, a quiet area just across the street from the beach. The property is very well maintained, you can tell the owners and property managers truly care about their guests, the area and the community. Quiet location, about 3 miles from the main drag of Hampton Beach, limited traffic ...very family friendly and totally relaxing. The accommodations are very clean, well kept and gives you a sense of home and comfort. The rooms have a great view of the ocean, you can hear the tide and watch the breakwater mist at high tide. There’s a great surf shop and smoothie bar within walking distance just past the parking spaces.
Can not say enough about the owners ! Rick not only brought us to our room, but went over the amenities and area. Amazing! Anne (a wonderful person) made us feel like we were part of the family. I have a service dog that both were anxious to accommodate and Thor, has some new best friends!
If you are looking for a home away from home, not your typical chain/commercialized stay...this is your place!!!!!! Windjammer has some new returning guests!

This place was very cozy and inviting, the room looked like you stepped into your favorite grandmother's bedroom. Sliding glass doors with rocking chairs just outside gave a beautiful view of the ocean across the street. Nothing glitzy or modern, but the room had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, along with real dishes! The owner was very friendly and accommodating and even gave me an upgrade upon checking in! Great place to stay! Thanks!

Rick and his mom did everything possible to make us comfortable. We had the 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor and the view was breathtaking. Couldn't have asked for more it was perfect. Wish we could of stayed longer, we will stay again next time we visit.

Rick and Anne are the best! I would stay here a full month! It is so cozy and they make you feel at home. Rick gave us some great local fishing spots that were very successful. He always answered before and when we were there. He carried our heavy bags to the third floor no problem. There is plenty of places to lounge by the pool, backyard, balconies, anywhere. They have everything you need from lobster crackers to wine openers and glasses. You can find anything you need here as if it were your own home. They cleaned our room up daily and leave a nice note. There is a notebook in the room where you also can leave a note about your trip and experience. It is really awesome! Anne makes great homemade scones and makes sure every guest gets one. The location is also perfect. I absolutely fell in love with the windjammer and will definitely be back!
