Alexa was very helpful and enjoyed her professional yet friendly service. Room was nice and clean, shuttle from airport and back very nice. In fact the return to airport shuttle was full so they ordered a cab for us. I heard several complaints about how far away hotel is yet have to pay for parking. Fairfield in this area is probably better bargain since free parking and beakfast. Quality is not that much different.

Room Tip: Do NOT stay near lobby if want an early night rest. The noise from that area is loud.

Clean, modern, quick check in. Surprised to learn they charge you $10 to park! Thought it was if you were leaving your car- no, need to explanation this on the website. Room was nice- the lady at check in removed the charge when we complained as platinum Marriott members. Pretty empty so quiet & bar for drinks or coffee wasn’t open on a Saturday evening. Looks to be more of a business hotel.

We walked down from adjacent Springhill Suites to eat lunch. Something for us all -- meat eaters, a toddler and vegetarians. Staff at the counter was very courteous. Order sizes were huge. Salad was great. Pasta was OK but tasted like it had been drenched with a canned pasta sauce, perhaps? The sandwich and fries -- generous portions. A great place to eat. We would eat here again if we ever stay near STL.

I am huge on service, so much so I have regular places I stay because of the outstanding service. With that said this properties staff are A++. I showed up late and when I went to checkin they were oversold and out of rooms. There had been a mistake with my reservation, but the gentleman at the front desk, Trey, got me a room. I am super grateful considering I had a very early flight and every hotel in the city was book. So a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Trey. He single handedly ensured a great rating. The rest put it over the top to an excellent.

Property:
Your typical Courtyard. Very comfortable and welcoming. I was dark so have no idea on the exterior. I will say that while you can see it from the highway it is a little hard to get to.

Room:
Very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom a little tight but that's okay I did not spend much time in there anyway. Beds were comfortable, layout was nice and it was very clean and quiet.

Staff:
Trey is a life saver, he normally works at the Marriott at the airport so this property was lucky to have him, but I am even luckier since he helped me out. There were a couple of staff I ran into on the way to the room and they all greeted me with warm smiles and hellos.

Overall this is what you would expect from a Courtyard. Comfortable spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great common areas. The staff was outstanding.

We checked into the Courtyard on Saturday and were cordially greeted by the Front Desk Representative. She updated us on the various events in the hotel area, and also the various eateries that were in the proximity of the hotel. Very thorough information and excellent directions to the various restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and quiet! We couldn't have selected a better choice!
