Pool reservations made in advance 12 ppl max at time. A party of 14 stayed for hours unreserved and made my family reservation time anxious because they were very rowdy and staff didn’t do anything about it. Pool was closed during part of stay because chemical imbalance. Housekeeping is by request, and when requested the night before, didn’t actually get to my room until 8pm to clean it because the only person working was cleaning check ins first and other rooms in my hall had trash and dirty towels piled up waiting to be serviced. Understaffed for sure. One bartender servicing the bar and “restaurant “ which was actually a glorified cafeteria. I wish I had chosen a different hotel instead

Breakfast was late both days. Coffee was late. Coffee bar wasn’t stocked. Milk machine was broken. Coke machine was broken. Not enough toiletries throughout the entire stay. I had to retrieve them from the desk. They weren’t always available. Room wasn’t clean. Not vacuumed. Bathroom wasn’t mopped or wiped down. Noisy neighbors. The pool was far from clean.

To start, when we first arrived the other family we were traveling with was sent to a different hotel 6 miles away because "a cable broke" and they didn't have a room available for them. As soon as we walked into our room we noticed disgusting stains on the couch cushions and when it was pulled out for my son to sleep on there were pee stains on the mattress. It was supposed to be a two queen suite but the beds were only doubles and one of them had black hair all over the top spread. The bathtub was dirty and did not drain properly so you had to stand in ankle deep water while showering. We took four children down to the pool the second night only to find it closed for "maintenance" and we were told they weren't sure if it would ever reopen during our three night stay which it did not. This was very dissappointing to our children as it was a spring break get away and they were really looking forward to swimming. Overall we were VERY unhappy with our stay.

Have not used an Embassy Suites in decades. It's overrated. Property was in a business district. Suggest using a car service if you need to get around. There was a lot of trash and homeless in the surrounding area. They offer an airport shuttle but they share with another hotel across the street. Even I had ordered my shuttle when I checkin and came down early, they shuttle departed early and was not available when I needed it. They ordered a cab for me and paid the fare. Desk chair was sticky when I arrived but I just threw a towel over it and when on with my business. The rest of the room seemed clean until I woke up the next morning and therw open the bedroom curtains to let in some light and found someone's soiled clothing under the drapes. I reported it to the desk clerk when checking out. The pool was not warm and being an indoor pool there seems to be leaves and other debris inside. There is a sign that says to alert staff if you can't see the bottom of the drain. It looked like a blue frosted Gatorade drink, I couldn't see past my shins. The hot tub was out of service and drained. The three desk clerks I encountered during my staff could not have been more welcoming but the property is past it's prime.

Stayed here while attending grandson s ho key tournament. Welcoming staff, clean, well appointed rooms. Pool for the kids and a great happy hour for the adults!
Great breakfast buffet with Starbucks coffee.

Questions & answers about the pool

Hours are the normal as many Hilton properties. I believe 7a to 11p. If you have a chold or adult with sensory issues, I have found its best to go mid day or request 30 minutes of extra time after hours. I have NEVER had a Hilton property tell me no after I explain the situation. Hope this helps.
