worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were trying to check-in and there was no one to be found to check us in at the front desk. After waiting a few minutes and calling the hotel to see if they were in the back with no luck, we called the GM, a few minutes later a lady showed up. She seemed miserable at her job and also informed us that there was no breakfast to be served (even though it was said to be included on the website (I get it is due to COVID, but at least list that on the website so we can prepare)). Anyways, we were put on the 5th floor and soon found out the entire hotel is/was in the middle of a remodel. We were heading to our room when we were greeted by a contract worker who said our room was not ready since the lights were not updated yet. She kindly walked us to the front desk to let the lady at the front desk know that our room was not ready, but another room was. The front desk lady was super rude to the woman who walked us down and continued to raise her voice at her and tell her to stop what they were doing, they’ve ruined her check-ins that were supposed to be coming in, and they need to communicate to her cause she knew nothing about this. After several minutes of that conversation she finally gave us the new room key and I felt so bad for the sweet woman who walked us down. She continuously apologized even though it was not her fault. (Also, note that there was NOTHING on the website about the remodel, when I asked about it I was told the GM didn’t want to put it on there for whatever reason, money I’m sure).

Skip to the next day and as we were excited to relax in the hot tub. Upon arriving to the indoor pool Area, my husband nearly stepped on a small snake by the pool. I called the front desk, expecting them to come take care of the snake and waiting over 10 minutes watching the snake so it wouldn’t be out of sight and they finally came down, just to ask if it was keeping us from swimming since they saw on the camera that we were just standing around waiting (umm, hello? I’m trying to help you). We went ahead and got in the hot tub, only to find out that it was COLD. I called they never came back down and the hot tub never got hot even after 30 minutes. They also never came to get the snake out of the area. There was also green algae growing on the the rock area around the pool.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times with no issues and have even brought 20+ students several times, but I will NEVER stay here again or bring my students back here to stay.

Very disappointed. I called the night before to verify I had a room on the top floor, but when I went to my room, it was not on the top floor. Every night, the water from the a/c unit above dripped onto our window (which wouldn't have happened, if I had gotten a room on the top floor as I had called and requested).

When we went to put things in the fridge, it had dirt in it. Didn't give you a good feeling about the cleanliness of the room. I used clorox wipes to wipe down the room, since I didn't trust the cleaning. The bathroom door would not close in our room.

They advertised a free breakfast, but they did not have one. We should've been told this when we made the reservation. We should get a discount on the room, since we did not get the breakfast we were charged for. We had stayed at several hotels prior to this one, and we were still served a hot breakfast, so we were surprised that they had nothing at all. At the very least, they could've had a pre-packaged cold breakfast.

The pool was open, but I did not go in the room, so I cannot rate that.

Overally, it was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

This motel has recently been completely refurbished. One of the nicest I have stayed in. David, and the nice ladies behind the desk cater to your every need. Housekeeping is excellent. It has an enclosed swimming pool. I didn't get a chance to use it, but it is very nice. I understand that they completely tore out the old pool, and built this new pool along with all new glass on the enclosure. I will definitely 👍 arrange to stay here anytime I go to Branson

I do not like to give bad reviews. But I use reviews when we travel and so I want to express the condition of this hotel. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I do see rolls of carpet laying around and dumpsters. But....this place was not clean. Even during remodeling, a place can be clean. For some reason I could only upload these two pictures. Hair in microwave; carpet not vacuumed; pool area floor very unclean (and along the edge of the pool were slimy pockets of water); dirty remote; toilet paper on bathroom floor. If the decor is in the dark side, there should be lots of light. There is not here. Anywhere.

I worked for Wyndham for years and they always took customer service serious. What happened to this place I think they missed that training. The older lady and the balding gentleman behind the desk when we checked in were absolutely horrible, no greeting and they both acted as if we were putting them out. The staff at breakfast were extremely hateful. The indoor pool was shut down, the elevator works once in a while. But at least the beds were comfortable. Wyndham you need to pick up your game there are a lot of hotels in Branson and this will end up being a weekly rental here. It doesn’t matter how old your place is customer service makes the stay worth while. I did leave my Wyndham Rewards card on the night stand you lost this family.
