Gathered at this adorable Inn with some high school girlfriends for a little “girls get together”. The rooms are charming and very clean. Adorable little kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, stovetop and sink. Our room had a cute little patio where we were able to sit out on and have drinks before heading to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The place looked okay on the outside and was "modest" inside, a bit surprising for the cost. But we were kept awake by a group which gathered beneath our room in an outdoor patio, then awakened early by the same group heading out for an adventure. Meanwhile, the bathroom was tiny; a step-down made footing in the night uncertain; and the wifi was spotty. We did like the woman at the desk who took the trouble to call us and let us know our room was ready early. We liked less the woman at the desk the next day who inquired about our stay and seemed to bristle when we mentioned the wifi, etc. The location is nice for Craigsville Beach (though more than .5 mile away) and easy to reach a number of places to eat, etc.

Even though it rained the week-end we were here, we had a great time. I would recommend room #60. It is clean and big with your own patio. Well worth the extra price. The front desk, beach drivers, and cleaning crew were all helpful and professional. The coffee was good at breakfast and if you are a healthy eater you can get fruit, organic yogurt, and granola. There is also English muffins with peanut butter and other options. One of the best parts of the inn is its location. We like to walk and the beach is just down the road. There is a free shuttle, but the walk is very enjoyable as you can take in the sights. We talked to people fishing off the bridge and families making their way to the beach. We will stay here again on our next visit. Hopefully, no rain.

This is the third time that we have stayed at the inn over the last three years.

The inn is a short walk or shuttle ride to the Craigville Beach. They also have a nice pool area and grassy area to enjoy some family time. The inn is centrally located on the cape with easy access to many areas.

We rented three rooms on the second floor. Our rooms were nice and clean and well maintained during our stay. Each room has a small fridge which is a plus. The rooms are overall comfortable with a smaller bath. My daughter did indicate that the AC in her room did not stay as cold as our room.

Each morning there is a continental breakfast which was adequate, especially for the grandkids.

The inn staff was very friendly throughout.

Busy area with lots of traffic. It was not an issue for us but could imagine that it could be if your room closer to the road.

I would recommend and stay in our future visits to cape cod.

I booked a room here based on a friend's recommendation & we were very pleased with it. We decided to book one of the efficiency cottage rooms that has it's own patio, & we really enjoyed having the outdoor space. It was a large room with a fridge, small coffee maker, microwave & 2 burner stove top. We were impressed with all the dishes, cups, pans & utensils provided in the room. We did bring out own ground coffee & coffee filters/cream & sugar because we are big coffee drinkers, & I was glad we did- we were able to use them in the coffee maker. (The motel does provide a couple of prepackaged coffee pouches & packages of powdered cream/sugar in the room.) The continental breakfast was just a limited assortment of danishes, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee & juices, that type of thing- good if you just wanted something light & quick.

The staff were all very friendly. Property was quiet, we slept well. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows & extra blankets if you needed them. The vertical binds over the patio window/door were kind of hard to use- you could tell it gets a lot of use. A couple of the slats kept falling off, & a couple were longer than the rest making it hard to pull the blinds across the door & back open. I think maybe a room darkening curtain over that door would be more efficient/durable.

The bathroom was small, not much space for your toiletries, & the ceiling/fan in the shower could have used a cleaning for dust & such, but it served our purpose. The only things lacking were that there were no facial tissues provided in the room, & the toilet has no lid so we were constantly worried something was going to fall in it. (One hand towel did actually go for a swim because it slid off off the towel rack.)

All in all we had a nice visit & definitely enjoyed being so close to the beach & Hyannis. We'll be back again!
