Is a room key required to operate elevator? Traveling with teens who don't always have key on them when running to lobby or outside.

Stayed at the Residence Inn for 2 nights while traveling to Chicago on business. Room was great, although occasionally some loud noise from the outside. However, this didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Bed was great, gave my jet laged body a good nights sleep. Room and bathroom were very clean. Had breakfast both mornings and used the gym. Breakfast setup was basic, but had all the necessary things I needed, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee 👍 Gym had enough equipment and it wasn’t all small and crammed. The hotel is also very well located in downtown Chicago. Totally enjoyed my short stay!

I've stayed at many Marriott properties throughout the U.S. and this is one of the best. It was very conveniently located near restaurants, numerous famous outdoor sculptures, Millenium Park and the CIBC Theater where my wife and I saw "Hamilton." Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding, with a good variety of foods and friendly staff who kept everything stocked and tables cleaned throughout the busy hours. A well-run hotel, where we would gladly stay again.

Just stayed there for a work week. Really nice, very clean hotel. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I would have given 5 stars if the coffee was available earlier. The coffee doesn’t come out until 6am. Way too late for me. As a frequent business traveler I’m used to other Hotels/Residence Inn’s having their coffee out by 5am. I also don’t like that breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30. Way too late for a business traveler. If the breakfast and coffee started earlier it would have been 5 starts for me.

I stayed at the Residence Inn for business travel. I needed to be close to Willis Tower. My inexpensive studio reservation was upgraded to a suite on a high floor. The room was GREAT. Sitting area, full kitchen, large bedroom and full bathroom. With windows on three of the walls, the view was fantastic. The room was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. The workout room was well equipped and comfortable. The included breakfast included many options. The check in was efficient and pleasant. They even let me check in early! I will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed here for a family vacation and had a great time.

The location was great. It was great to get free breakfast. The room was nice. The staff were very helpful. We will gladly stay here again, if we get a good price.

The 2 queen suite we had did have a pull out couch. If you got a rollaway - it would need to go in the living area of the suite.
