We, stayed for 3 days during the Hurricane Dorian. I asked why the pool was green on the first day, second day, third day. Only with the excuse of we have had a lot of rain. Really we are all from Florida and it rains everyday. Our pools are clear and clean. I saw folks swimming. No signs not to swim in a GREEN POOL. Don't believe the beautiful photo of the pool. Staff said it's been like this for 3 weeks.
Next, in the 3 days the maids never changed the sheets, forgot towels in our room.
