This place is incredible, the facilities are 5 star, literally. Everything (except the swimming pool), shops, bar, reception is open til midnight!
The showers, toilets, were pristine, there is a washing room where you can enjoy washing by hand as you look out or two glass walls and use the old fashioned stone , scrubbing sinks or just pop it in the washer and dryer.
Our receptionist Ana spoke excellent English and was so lovely and helpful with everything. The guy on duty the day after didn't speak much English but was sweet. Unfortunately on our last day there was no hot water.
The site is designed to blend into the scenery which is does perfectly. There are trees and big stones everywhere.
The facilities are made with marble and slate and local granite, it is a truly beautiful, peaceful ambience. I imagine it is super hot in the summer.
We came in October and it was lovely. Though all the viewing ladders around the place were closed off and couldn't be used.
My two criticisms are that the site is covered in cigarette butts, which is obviously down to the customers but in the quiet months a picking up campaign would do wonders for how the place looks.
Also i hope that the times that they checked the cleanliness of the toilets when we were there are not the ones they use in the busy season - 23.00, 05.00, 16.00 would be fairly useless and mean that they were filthy at all the peak useage times!
