Spacious room and ensuite, very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious selection of 20+ teas and brewed coffee from the coffee pod machine. You can cook your own meals there as well - full stove and oven in the shared kitchen/dining/lounge. Was close to all the places we needed to go with off street parking.

The wife booked this place on line easily a good 6 months in advanced through my Agoda account, so I had no idea what I was getting myself in for when she told me the approximate location (being an ex Perth temporary resident for 8 years).
I received a text message from the Manager/proprietor of this place about 24 hours before arriving just to confirm date/time of arrival.
When we arrived, the friendly Patsy greeted us, and after a tiny bit of paperwork, showed us around the complex. It is a very clean & modern complex. The bedding was comfortable and the rooms were decent sizes. The bathroom had plenty of room with good ventilation, however a little annoying thing was the location of the toilet roll holder next to the toilet. You virtually had to spin 90 degrees around to actually reach the toilet paper in this awkward position a little behind you.
The eating area was clean at all times & seemed to has anything required from cooking a piece of toast, to creating a Sunday Roast like mother used to cook. The laundry seemed to have everything that you would need for those longer extended stays with requires a bit of clothes washing.
All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, however my first world issue is that I prefer hotels. Not 100% sold on the B&B or the shared sort of housing arrangement. I generally love the anonymity that hotels offer. Here, I felt bad when coming in late or making noise when walking up the stairs in case people were sleeping - unfortunately other holiday makers were not trying to be as quiet as us on occasions.
Others may love this place. It is very local to most amenities, although the neighbourhood isn't my sort of cup of tea. I may just have to stick to the Holiday Inn in Perth.

Anarina Lodge is a lovely, quiet place to stay in Perth. It is in a normal residential street but is close to everything that Perth has to offer. Everything is accessible, the CBD is only minutes away as is the airport, shopping and attractions. Patsy the host is absolutely lovely. She has set the property up exceptionally well and it is a beautiful B&B. Nothing is a problem to her and her knowledge of Perth and it's surrounds is great. Everything from the beautiful clean bedrooms to the large bathrooms and the continental breakfast offered everyday makes Anarina Lodge a perfect place to stay. It is very well priced too. I would recommend Anarina Lodge to anyone staying in Perth.

We had booked into Anarina Lodge for 3 nights, following our arrival in Perth. The room was large, very clean and very well furnished, with a huge clean and well equipped bathroom. The owner was very helpful and kind and gave us information about buses into Perth as well as access to tea, coffee etc at all times. A continental breakfast is provided and was excellent. The lodge is in the residential suburbs of Perth and beautifully quiet, except from about 06:00 hours when the local airport opens. Laundry facilities are available. The Anarina Lodge proved a really good start to our holiday in Australia and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent choice when wanting less than a hotel and more than backpackers. Reasonable price. Nice and large bedroom with ensuite, fridge and kettle. Use of common kitchen and dining room with breakfast provided.
