We spent three very comfortable nights in this hotel. It started with a very warm welcome from front desk staff in the attractive lobby. The room was spacious with a large window which could be opened and overlooked part of the outdoor amenities. Everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet each morning had some hot items, very nice yoghurts and plenty of juices, breads and fruits. Enjoyed the pool area and outdoor restaurant facilities. There are many businesses, restaurants, theatres etc. within easy walking distance.
We were able to walk many miles in various areas of the city. There were at least three Subte ((underground) stops quite close to the hotel. The six lines are all colour coded and it was easy to figure out by using the map from the hotel. Was also inexpensive at 19 Argentine Pesos or $.42 CDN or $.30 US per ride. You can purchase a card at a wicket and put a few pesos on at a time.
Because we were checking out on a Sunday, we were allowed a late checkout which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were very helpful in giving directions and arranging our taxi to the airport.
Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this very interesting city.

Stayed here for 4 nights, days were bright and sunny about 31degrees. It’s 2 blocks from the Obelisk. Room is about average size. Great bed and pillows. I was on the 11th floor and getting hot water in the morning was a struggle. I needed to replace a zip and there is a shop less than 100 metres that replaced the zip in my trousers for $9, next day service. The restaurant was fine and brekky was very comprehensive. Staff very pleasant and not speaking Spanish wasn’t an issue. Overall a great stay.

This hotel is located just in the heart of BA. You can get everywhere by bus or on foot to some BA attractions. The room is spacy, quiet and well equipped. Breakfasts were very good with great choice. You can use an outdoor space by the swimming pool. You can use PC for checking in for return flight. We were very satisfied here.

We stayed at the Novotel in mid-December, for a couple of nights pre-cruise around Cape Horn. The check-in was a breeze, the front desk asked for a copy of our passports to waive the otherwise a tax the locals have to pay.

The room is modern and comfortable, not much of view at this hotel as it's in downtown. The hotel has a pool which we didn't use due to the limited time we had to tour the city.

Check-out was quick too, and the staff was helpful.

The hotel is located in Avenida Corrientes, where we literally were able to walk to the Obelisco, Cafe Tortoni and Casa Rosada. There is a Carrefour supermarket very close to the hotel. Very good selection of restaurants and cafes around. Overall the experience was positive at this hotel

In the midst of the theatre district. Gorgeous public rooms. Friendly staff. Spacious bedrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. What more could you ask for when you're touring a city? Would recommend a stay here.

As many others already stated you can indeed open the window. We did so each time we were in the room as it was really hot. There is a thermostat in the room but I think it's only used for the AC and not when the heating is on. Heating seems to be centrally controlled only.

Yes, they have hair dryers. Did not need an adapter for electric razor. Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location. Nice staff. Very nice rooms.
