Spent 30 minutes trying to book in, very slow reception service, overcharged,refund process beyond belief, room a disaster, plug does not work, shower in bath is seriously dangerous. Management, no visibility on site.
Staff friendly and service good. Rugs in room in poor condition and need steam cleaning or replacement. Unable to wear socks without them turning black from dirt. Through out hotel repainting should be considered.
My room was elegant, neat and clean. I liked the fact that rooms are non smoking and a quite. I was able to work quietly and rest when I needed to with no problem. I would definately recommend it for both work and leisure.
I am here now, what a shocker. It does not deserve 4 stars. Aircon not working in the room. I reported it as is usual before going out for dinner. I went to reception on the way out to check that it would be attended to. Got back and a maint man wearing a jacket marked with another company is looking at the aircon but no solution. I finally after much fuss get shown to another room. The maintenance man advises me that he was told what is 2 hours after I reported it. Poor show guys, you must work hard to keep your 4 stars. Also remember that everyone makes mistakes but it how you handle it that is remembered. You failed on this one.
The service that was offered was exceptionalMy room was neat and tidy and very spaciousThe hotel is located close to where I was doing business making this an ideal stay over for me.I would like the receptionist to be aware that on Sundays the preferred restaurant is not open.
