Was very impressed with the room decor cleanliness and comfort. I loved the huge and varied breakfast that came with the room. The pool area was great and I wish I had more time to use the gym. I’ll be back though.

Loved every minute of the holiday after we were checked in, which took abouy 25 minutes. When we got to the room it was amazing. The pool and food at yge restaurant was great. We loved the stay and woulr be back in a heart beat!

Great service with friendly staff.
Variety for breakfast,
Quite and peaceful,
Easy to locate,
Easy access to the Casino,
Had a great splash and the pool.

Shocking service over New years. Bar without drinks. DJ missed the NYE count down. Hotel smelled bad. 1 waiter for pool side service. Crazy long queues to be seated at a table for breakfast. Just an overall disappointment

On Christmas morning we woke up and there was not enough towels in our room and we requested additional towels at 9am that morning. We called room service number 1010 at 9am and we were promised towels in the next couple minutes. The towels were only delivered after 2pm that afternoon after several requests.
The don't care "not my problem" attitude of the staff was truly disgusting!!

We decided to go down to the pool and we were told we need to pay a deposit of R200 for a towel at the pool and upon returning the towel our deposit would be refunded. Upon returning the towel after swimming my husband was told that the deposit was already collected by someone in our room. We had an argument about this and requested the CCTV footage and was told that this would be investigated and again with a disgusting attitude.
This is without a doubt the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
