We had an unforgettable stay at Tropicana Inn. The Long Beach where this place is located is fantastic. In our opinion this is the best beach in this part of the world. This place has a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere which is exactly what one needs in such a location. The room was clean and comfortable with a clean ensuite bathroom. If you are looking for a decent place at a reasonable price, Tropicana Inn is without a doubt the resort to choose.

I accidentally left some things in my room at the check-out. I came a few hours later and the room had been cleaned but my stuff had disappeared. The manager didn't make any effort to help me. Would NEVER reccommend this place.

Rooms were extremely small and crammed. We booked a room for 4 and got this tiny room, with a queen sized bed and 2 single beds crammed together with absolutely no space to walk or move in the room. Bathroom is pathetic with no hot water and low water pressure. Free WiFi sign is a lie. You’ll get no WiFi, bad reception even if you’re at the ‘hotel’ lobby. I say ‘hotel’ cause this should be hostel with less than half the price. If you are claustrophobic, this is your worst nightmare. We left after one night. Not worth the price. I’d recommend you try Sharila or Mimpi. We did but it was fully booked.

Our room for 5 people was incredibly small. I often paid twice less for 10 times better elsewhere. Gave us two toilet paper rolls for 5 people and 3 days. Gave us two towels for 5 people and 3 days. The place gets full of sand very quickly and they don’t bother coming once a day or even providing a broom, which would be so simple. As they precise, no A/C and no hot water. The staff barely speak english and really don’t care about you at all.
