Bad attitude from check in staff, unfriendly, inattentive and unhelpful. Extremely slow, check in 45mins. Rooms do not match photos. Interiors in room old, hallways are filthy & old and smell of cigarettes, furnishing is old, rust in bathroom. Old wall hairdryers that broke and they had to bring me up a plug in one that I was threatened with if I didn’t return it. I would ask you to reconsider staying here completely it’s not worth it. The WiFi is awful too. The old kettle had some 1950 UHT congealed milk powder and the coffee granuals are gummy and it takes like a cup of chemicals. It’s more of a life and death challenge staying here. I’m lucky I got out alive. Do you want to take that chance ? No I didn’t think so.
