We had a great stay at game haven. We stayed here for 16 days while visiting family in Blantyre and would definitely be returning again next year. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, bike rides, seeing all the animals on the game walk/drive and over all just the beautiful nature around us. Waking up in the morning to see animals outside our door was amazing. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. They catered to all our needs and requests, I could not fault them. Thank you for such a great experience. ( Evening entertainment would be a bonus 🙂)

I have visited Game Haven many times, as a couple or with friends but it is also family friendly with a great play area. On the weekend, some of the group played golf, went fishing or went on a game drive. We have a fantastic meal altogether in a lovely setting with really attentive staff. The accommodation was really lovely and comfortable, and we chilled by the pool after a great breakfast the next day. The food and drink is really reasonably priced and the venue is very well organised. Highly recommend a visit, and so close to anyone who lives in Blantyre.

Whether it's for breakfast, 9/18 holes of golf, game drives, lunch or relaxing by the pool, Game Haven is a wonderful place to spend the day. Being able to play golf alongside beautiful game animals on a course that fits perfectly in the undulating park.. I recently had a lunch meeting at the lodge and was very impressed by the food, as were my colleagues! Worth a visit and would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay, the family room was a good size and beds comfortable. Meals were tasty and food plentiful. Children loved the pool and loads of activities were included in the price which was great. If you have a car it’s an easy trip from Blantyre.

This lodge was excellent! Traveling in Africa has lots of good bits but it is hard to get any exercise, as you are either stuck in a car or surrounded by by elephants and lions and cant go for walks, but game haven is different. They have a private game reserve and help breed endangered species.If you stay in a room you get free game drives, walks and cycles. Fishing is included and there is a great 9 hole golf course which is the only international golf course in Malawi. They have a restaurant and swimming pool. It is not on the lake but they have a man made lake even then they do not recommend swimming in it. I think this is definitely something worth doing in Blantyre
