We stayed 7 nights in sea-view rooms on the 5th floor. There is no lift, so it's a bit of a walk up, but well worth it for the beautiful, unobstructed view across the Mediterranean. The room was modern, nicely decorated and spotless, and I slept very well here. We visited shortly after the end of the Covid-19 lockdown, and the hotel - and the entire town - was at about 25% occupancy, so it was a very quiet stay. They had good Covid-19 measures in place: all the staff wore masks, and there were physical distancing guidance everywhere.

Staff were lovely - friendly, polite and helpful, and the service was great! Breakfast was fantastic - a great spread of quality food. It was a 5 minute walk into town, and the hotel itself is located on the quieter end of the seafront road. You cross the road from the hotel to the hotel's restaurant and seaside bathing area. There are no beaches along this strip of road, but rather each hotel has a deck from which you can jump (or climb) into the sea. It was a beautiful spot and a very relaxing holiday.

3 times more money than any comparable Hotels in the area even on the same street. There are no big differences in quality or food or room comfort between their competitors on the same street looking at the ocean.
For the same quality room the sea view hotel will ask $320 a night vs $100 in the area in the high season. Don’t be a sucker and pay $320 a night when you can purchase the same quality room with great room and breakfast included looking at the ocean at the same street from an other hotel on the same street.

Initially we planned to stay in this hotel for 3 nights and then head to Rhodes for another 3 nights to finish off our holiday. However, we liked Seaview hotel so much that we extended our stay by one night. We stayed one night in a room with side sea view and then for another 3 nights in a room with full sea view (it wasn`t available for the first night, hence the change) - both were located on the 4th floor. Both rooms were very nice. Even the one with side sea view had a reasonable view of the sea, but the room with full full view was absolutely stunning. It was possible to enjoy the sunset directly from our balcony. The hotel is not big, i would guess they have up to 20 rooms in total. It has a nice sun deck with comfortable sun beds with cushions. There is a bar and a restaurant too, so it is possible to order food and drinks and eat directly on your sun bed. Staff was very polite and friendly. The location is perfect - up to 5 min walk to the centre where all restaurants and shops are. At the same time it is in a quieter street, so no noise at night (we like to sleep with open window). A small shop, where you can buy water etc. is close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel. For us it was exactly what we wanted.

The location is great.
The staff are amazing and helpful specially Ahmad.

The room is clean and tidy.
Whenever you ask for towels you will get them immediately.

Ahmad always try to help and go a mile further than his duty to make customers happy.

See you next year Ahmad, and keep it up.

Thank you for the best breakfast.

Great place, breathtaking views, super hospitality and beautiful room. I would highly recommend this hidden gem. Breakfast is an amazing spread of eggs, cheeses, olives, fresh bread, conserves and freshly brewed tea or coffee.
