Our stay here could not possibly have been better. The apartment itself is spacious, well thought out, and sparkling clean. The property is beautiful and situated right on the beach- so lovely to walk out of your room and right on to a sunbed. Grande Anse is a powdery white sand/coconut palm tree dream, perfect for long beach walks, sunsets, easy swims in the very calm water (almost like a swimming pool!). Feels truly serene. Cindy and Flavien were amazing hosts organizing activities and car hire, cooking a delicious fresh fish dinner, accommodating us when our flight was cancelled, providing insights on island life, and so much more. Can’t think of a negative here. Wonderful, will be back!

Cindy was very polite and we had a great stay there for 6 nights. One evening, Cindy offered us some authentic creol food which was very delicious. She was very helpful, made reservations for Anse Georgette. The beach was nice, but not a good place for swimming in november. In my opinion you should have a rental car. It makes things much easier.

We had a beautiful ground floor garden view apartment which was very spacious and everything was super clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom was very spacious with a lovely on-suite bathroom. The owner, Cindy, is very friendly and helpful and she spoiled us the last night with a very nice Creole fish dinner cought by here husband the previous day.
The property is right at the beach with a lovely view. Petty we could not swim in the sea because of a lot of floating seaweeds at the time of our stay.

We stayed for 5-days on Praslin for our wedding. The owner and staff are lovely the hotel is modern, clean and well appointed. The beach is very nice as well and they tidy it every day. We were very impressed. Its very quiet and we had a front room facing e beach, the balcony was private and very nice and we had breakfast there each day.

The only bad reviews seem to be of people who didn't read the child policy, which is daft of them, sounds like they were trying to get away with it - I say good on the owner for standing firm on this.

It really was a wonderful way to spend our time on Praslin - We couldn't have wished for any more! Definitely recommend.

We arrived super tired from the jetty, the owner didnt even say welcome. My little girl was seasick, we both were very dirty. After 5 minutes, she told us she wont accept us due to the baby. ALL adult only hotels would write that in the title of their hotel. The hotel is shown as family hotel here -WHICH IS WRONG. The owner probably hates children. I begged literally to let us into the room we have paid, to clean ourselves. She said NO. I traveled for years, never met such an AWFUL hotel owner. She didn’t make any payment to us. We got to understand it wasnt the first time families made the same mistake as us and booked here. There are many more warnings in all hotels, even for pet policy. Don’t go there, even without a child, she is a rude, bad person.

Thank you for your review. You check in with a warm welcome greetings from me. I asked for your passport to check if name is correct from reservation. After i already seen name matched, I politly ask you if you have read our hotel policy that was well stated on your booking voucher. you said no and i check mine booking i have for you and gave you to check if you get the same one. You confirm you recieve it and you show me on your phone. (how can i was not sure about my policy i was the one set) All our hotel policies such as pet, children and extra bed , cancelations and how many people can stay in room was well aware by all our partners and it well stated on reservation when any guest making a reservation. it well stated for guest to read and accept. While making a booking it give option which room type , how many adult / children and age. Booking will never proceed if guest put children. (Thats means you didnt ). If you will have do so it will avoid your dissapointment.I told you to contact Booking.com and you did and after you have spoke to booking .com that you left. I was willing to help you find another hotel but you refused. From all other guests excellent experience staying with me i dont see your reason to said im a Bad person and aswell you wrong stated i dont love children just because you were well aware of the policy. You could have avoid your dissapointement .in the future any hotels you booking making sure you read all condition before proceed . Have a great day
