We checked in late night already and we checked out early , didn’t see much of the hotels amenities. The hotel was great , the room was clean . Food was great too. My first time to try Turkish coffee ☕️
The accommodation selected by G Adventures is generally not the greatest in Israel, with this hotel being the exception. It's a large hotel, so I understand why other reviewers term it 'austere' and 'lacks warmth', but I found it to be great. The rooms are enormous and the pools and other facilities are really great. We ate at the restaurant one night, and be warned, the portions are HUGE! We ordered a SMALL mezze platter to share between two with the intention of ordering a main course each after that, but when we saw the size of mezze there was no need for a main and we didn't even finish the mezze. Their restaurant prices are not as steep as I would expect from a hotel of this kind either, so don't shy away from eating on site if you prefer.
I wished I had more time at this hotel to enjoy their spa and other facilities. There was even complimentary drinking water in the room, which is not common in this part of the world, in my experience anyway. Breakfast was probably the best of the whole trip with a great variety and a massive dining room to have it in.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it without reservation.
When I visited the hotel at nightime, I entered, It was amazing! It looked lovely, Staff were very kind! I got the card for me and my family, Two connected rooms. When you enter the elevator, There is much room for almost everyone! The room, So when Me and my family got inside, It was enough space! Too bad We stayed for only 1 night, It was huge, Couch, Table etc were clean and also the big beds! Since there were connected rooms, The restroom was amazing!!! Bath tub, Shower etc. It was big and amazing! I loved how they made enough space, The TV was quite big! Sofas and couches were comfy, And how they cleaned up the room, It is very clean! Food is amazing, Food’s delicious! Portions of the food was really great!
Hotel is excellent, Nothing is wrong, dusty or anything! I enjoyed this stay, And I hope you do too! I would try to come here again the next time Me and my family go to Israel.
Our tour group was scheduled twice in to this hotel during our 3 weeks in the Middle East. While not the best hotel we stayed in, we did not find much to complain about except the food. It was really not good and during the 2nd night of the first stay we opted to get ourselves some drinks and snacks and eat in the room. However, the room itself was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Had plenty of storage and comforts. The AC went out the 2nd night we stayed so that was a bit of an issue since there are no windows that can be opened. Our second stop was just for one night and we had similar room - quite nice and a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel but don't expect much from the food.
We chose this Palestinian hotel in a travel guide the day before we traveled to Jericho, to visit an ancient palace in the city. As the hotel was hosting a special event, we managed to secure the last available room. The hotel is located close off the main road to Jerusalem.
The hotel is magnificent on the inside and the outside. It is a large stone structure surrounded by vegetation. The inside hall is large and decorated with great lamps and beautiful stone floors and paintings, all in the Arab style. We were received in a welcoming and gracious manner. I spent a long while photographing large and small elements throughout the hotel.
Our room was large (the standard room) with high quality furniture and inlaid doors and molding. The bathroom was equally great.
The outside was surrounded by blooming vegetation and multiple large pools of varying shapes. There were waterfalls and bridges connecting some of the pools. There were lots of children playing.
There was indoor and outdoor dining, all spacious. The food choices were excellent and tasty. A large breakfast was included. No alcohol is served.
All of our other hotels were excellent boutique hotels. This hotel was the best we visited in Israel, in some ways reminiscent of large hotels in Miami, surrounded by multiple pools.
The cost of this hotel was a half to a third the cost of the other excellent hotels that we visited. It was our lucky day to have such a treat!
