Hotel in a good location. Parking lot is very limited. Need few minutes to drop our luggages in lobby area since entrance & exit gate is in the same row (stuck & very crowded). Hotel provide valet parking or we can do by our self but we have to put the key.
Check in process easy & simple but we can’t check in on time at 14.00. The reason is the room has not ready yet and we have to wait 1.5 hours to get the room (executive club). This is not a good impression for us since we never had delay check in before even in a new year holiday season in other 4 star hotel. Finally we got our room but smooking room and they promise to give us air cleaner to reduce the smelly but until check out we never got it.
Hotel in a good location. Located at famous road, walking distance to mosque (Masjid At Taqwa), Bank & ATM, Coffee & Resto and Factory Outlet.
The executive club room located at 7th floor. Room is very big. Living room with sofa & tv. Bed room with king size & tv. Bathroom very big with shower box, closet box and bathtub. Good Mountain view from room and bathtub. Need regular maintainance especially for stains in rain shower. Room provide mineral water, coffee & tea but no snack & mini bar. Room also not sound proof. We can hear clearly activity from Swimming pool.
For breakfast we have to wait around 5 minutes to get the table. Thanks to Ms Melinda. She was very freindly & helpfull. Breakfast menu has not many variants. Taste also not special. Overall, good property & best location but services & breakfast average.
