My room was excellent and the bathroom was gorgeous. I had spent almost 30 days in a different hotel in Dongguan and transferred to the Summit to be close to the ferry for my trip home (25 minutes away). I was happy that I did. The summit was last hotel where I stayed. I was so happy with the fact that I could decompress and relax. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to advertise that they actually accept AMEX. Knowing that in advance would help business travelers everywhere. I will be back in September for two days at the beginning and the end of my trip.
Me and my wife love this fabulous hotel, Front desk Lisa well arrange my return metre taxi back to ZhongShan Pier, my ferry schedule at 2PM back to HongKong, she advised we walk around the nearby sightseeing place, because it spent 25 mins to the Pier while we wish start our journey at 11:30AM, well appointed our luggage in reception storage, this is a well maintained and new furnishings hotel, nice view from my Business Double bed room, clean towels, individaul well water pressure shower room( but no bath tub), I quoted 4.5 stars hotel, above standard size swimming pool will open from 1 st of May, including tennis court and Gym room, many restaurants just opposite and around 10 mins walk area, one Starbucks and two 7 eleven, only one thing negative was the hardness bed mattress.
My spouse have meeting near this hotel, we always book here for convenient, good room, clean and big. Only wifi in our room not work properly. Good breakfast, easy to go every where. Just cross the street have some restaurant, many taxi pass by, also near to shopping mall
Absolutely no service. A self-service hotel. The room we were in #1002 is spacious. The furniture, however, is of cheap quality and looks tired. Breakfast is terrible. Hard to get taxi. Not much around the hotel. Not recommended.
This is our second stay at the hotel, and I grate it ''very good'' because the rooms are well designed, good bathroom, nice amenities. In our case, we booked the business room type, located on the executive floor, including a bathtub. The room overlooks the pool area. The swimming pool is awesome, large is size, clean and so enjoyable. On the other part, the check-in is slowly, as the front office staff could not find the reservation, even we showed the booking reference and confirmation over the app. That took over 25 minutes. The breakfast restaurant is located on the 4th/F. Offer and spread is for the local palate, which makes sense as the majority of in-house guests are from the domestic market. Rather meagre for the foreigner taste. Nice Spa, but to make a booking is complex and time-consuming. Staff speaks little to none English. TV offers limited foreign language channels. On a final note, we had another incident on check out, when the FO staff has to cancel the credit card pre-authorization. It took over 20-25 minutes to cancel because the staff present had no training to do so. A real pity and our second experience differ a lot from our first stay.
