I loved this hotel, very good price for a 4 star hotel and Dubai-delicious breakfast-. We arrived at 6 am and since our room was ready they let us check in inmediately -thank you for that!!!-. They have a swimming pool on the rooftop but didn't use it because it was a little bit cold but looked really nice and amazing view. The location was perfect!!! Right next door to a main line subway station and if you walk 5 mins you get to Emirates Mall. Also 10 mins taxi ride to Burj Al Arab if you reserve for their skybar. Also has very nice close by small restaurantes at very good price -kebabs, natural juices, etc-. The bed was big and comfortable, also the bathroom. If I ever go back to Dubai I will choose this hotel again.
The location is very good. Just 3mins away from the metro. The room is big and clean. Checking in was super fast. The staffs are helpful, polite and friendly. Special credit goes to Suresh for his always smiling personality, polite and knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Rose Park Hotel- Al Basha.
I’m quite sceptical of reviewing a place as being 5* but the customer service I received from here was outstanding. I had left my belongings in a taxi. The hotel help me retrieve my belongings very quickly and painlessly. It’s usually in times of need that you find out what makes a place so great. Aktar was amazing. Every member of staff smiled at you everyday and greeted you. The hotel is situated perfectly opposite the Sharaf DG metro station which makes getting around mega cheap and easy. However, peak time on the metro starts at 4pm and doesn’t finish up until 9pm. This is because after work in Dubai everyone goes out. Back to the hotel itself, the hotel is always clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and designed in a contemporary fashion. I’d definitely stay at the hotel, just for the central location. Being in Al Barsha means that you’re never too far from anywhere else in Dubai, so you save lots of money on travel if you want to explore the city. The one thing that I would request management to do is to keep the steam room on. Having to wait for it to be switched on is slightly annoying, specially if you have lots to do that day.
- Idea location Dubai Metro Station just in front of hotel, with metro you can easy move around in Dubai.
- Value of money, decent rates compared to other hotels in surrounding.
- Its a new property, I think 1 or 2 years old so every thing is new
- Good room size and decent interior
- Small but nice pool at roof top
- very clean
- Hotel lobby was not impressive at all.
- Mini bar was empty in room
- Bathroom amenities very avg quality.
I arrived on my check in day about 6am. (The day before my birthday) I stayed SIX nights. The front desk person stated there was no rooms at the time. Understandable. I sat in the lobby with my duffle bag. He told me I needed to go to another room because people were going to be coming down for breakfast. Never heard of a paying customer not being able to sit in the lobby. I was so tired from my over night flight I followed a bell boy to another room. The front desk agent put me in the prayer room where it’s just their prayer rug and a black bench. It was so uncomfortable No chair nothing. Two hours later, the security guard comes in to pray and tells me maybe I should double check again. When I went back out I saw others sitting in the lobby with their bags. I asked another agent if a room was available he said yes and gave it to me right away. Check in was done so i thought. At this point my back is killing me because I was so uncomfortable I was better off staying at the airport to late morning. Then the same agent that put me in prayer room says something to the agent checking me in in a different language and then asks me for a $200 deposit in cash. I’m like ok put it on the card. (I never checked in a hotel where the security is asked in cash it’s always on your card) he said they can’t accept it on the card because they can’t issue refunds and it was ok if I didn’t have it. Which to me was another insult. I told him I didn’t have cash but I had cards he can put it on he said it’s ok. 7 days later, on my check out date I get a call at 9 something AM asking me when I was checking out (check out is at noon). I have stayed at so many hotels never have I been called prior to check out time. The location was convenient for the metro but the i professionalism and racism I experienced I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. And I stayed a FULL week. What a disgrace! No one even offered to help or any resolution.
