The hotel is located in the city center, BUT in the 3rd floor. The Elevator did not work, and only was acceptable go to the hotel by the stairs (if you have luggage, is your problem).

This is not a boutique hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The hotel is situated by Tašmajden Park and is about a 20 minute walk to the centre / 30 minute walk to Kalemegdan. It's located on the 3rd floor and has a pool available at an extra cost. My room was spacious and cosy and there were several English channels on the TV, but the bed was very uncomfortable with lumpy pillows, the cupboard doors were falling off and the bathroom was falling apart; The shower wouldn't close so I had to shower with it wide open and one of the sliding doors to the shower actually came off! I was also given dirty towels. The breakfast was okay, enough to start your day with a good selection of pastries and good coffee. Stay away from the hot food because it is cold. It is also very noisy as it is on a main road. The main saving grace is that the staff are very friendly and helpful. If they got a handyman in to fix it up a bit, it would be a pretty nice hotel.

I have been happy with the Hotel Tash overall. The service is friendly and efficient. The hotel is well-positioned for easy walks to most of the sights. Neighbourhood is full of bars and restaurants. My only gripe is the breakfast is nothing special and not veggie/vegan friendly.

I had room room 308 - don't hear the pub downstairs that some people have commented on, but it's a rather hot room and the bathroom is oddly put together so that the toilet and sink are almost on top of each other.

This hotel is close to the city center. It is good value for money. My rooms was big enough to fit 1-2 persons. The bathroom was quite small and could use small maintenance. The room had windows towards the street which is very noisy, so I could not sleep with open windows. The climate control only worked in turbo mode, so I was freezing while outside it was 26 degrees during the night. Breakfast is very simple, but sufficient. Kind staff.
