We had initially booked for a few nights with plans of extending at this hotel but were so disappointed we practically left straight away .
Made our reservation with the reservation team over the phone and from pictures were really clear we wanted a king room with kind bed all of which was agreed.
However, on arrival the receptionist could not find the booking but agreed to give us the same room.
The first room was the smallest room I’ve ever seen, each side of the small double bed is inches away from the wall.
We asked to change instantly and the receptionist gave us another room which was still small but slightly bigger but still not the room we had seen and agreed with reservation.
We were then told that the king room we had booked were not available until the following day but was offered a bigger room for a small surcharge which by this point we were happy to pay.
The new and final room was on the 8th and top floor and as soon as I walked in the smell of damp was so strong but the receptionist claimed she couldn’t smell it.
The room although clean was musty, with parts of it all falling apart and exceptionally hot but we put it down to the air con not being on.
We reluctantly agreed to stay as I had a scheduled medical procedure in the morning. We soon realised that the room wasn’t just warm the air con was faulty. It took 3 hours to get cool in which we were melting, we asked for additional fans but were told they did not have none.
We managed to brave it for one night and left first thing in the morning and found a much better hotel close by where we stayed for an extra week.

Overall it’s a fairly clean hotel, good location, with really nice modern bathrooms but lack off good workmanship, faulty air conditioning system, small rooms, smaller beds and in need of a refurb.

Stayed here while undergoing hair transplant in Istanbul. Lovely clean room, large shower in bathroom, close to local amenties, very nice breakfast buffet and restaurant for food on an evening. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this hotel in March for 4 nights and throughly enjoyed it. The hotel is located in Sisli with great transport link to the city centre (Sultanahmet, Taksim etc.). There is another hotel called Veyron Park Hotel which is owned by the same company so make sure you've got the right address. Although, they are only about 10-15mins walk away from each other.

The hotel has a restaurant, bar and offers room service till dinner time. The restaurant serves complementary breakfast from 7:30AM to 10:30AM weekdays and till 11:30 in the weekends. You're also entitled to a 15% discount as a staying guest of the hotel. The restaurant menu is very standard but offers some decent local dishes. The waiting staff at the restaurant and bar are very friendly and welcoming.

They also have a spa service and offers a 25% discount to all staying guests.

The room was very comfortable and came with complementary tea/coffee and bottle of water. Please see the attached photos of the room for more details.

I stayed with my family at this hotel for six days we had some issues, ... Firstly, our room smelled cigarettes very badly unfortunately it didn’t make difference if we left the windows open or turn air conditions on ،the room was still smelly. (We didn’t see any smoker around )Secondly I ask reception two times in two different days for bottles of water but I was told they were run out of it.Thirdly , when we asked the housekeeper to change or bed she told us she did it a day before and start arguing with us which I am pretty sure she didn’t because There was a stain on my duvet cover for two days. fourthly ,we were able to hear the others showering or flashing the toilet from the top floor room which was irritating especially in the middle of the night .
The breakfast was not too big but sufficient .It can be improved.
The hotel location is good , very close to the metro station, there are very big shopping centres around the hotel which the best one is Zorlu centre.
