Easy check-in, friendly staff.
Clean room, close to the airport, walking distance actually (15 minutes).
The room is large and rather quiet.

The negative sides:
- the shower situation is not ideal as it is a shower fixture on the wall with a drain on the floor and you project water everywhere. Then the floors are wet all over the bathroom.
- the bed was hard as a brick, so were the pillows.
- there was a mildew smell in the room. Coming from the AC??? I didn't check the condition of the AC filters... But the smell was very unpleasant through the night.
- No coffee for breakfast :-( But it was a good breakfast other than that, à la carte.

OK for one night...

My 4 star rating is based on price and convenience. This hotel is walking distance from Hanoi airport (10/15 mins) and extremely cheap. It is fairly basic. The room and bed were clean, bed was rock hard. Bathroom sink water poured through plug hole onto the floor. There were pineapples (yes actual pineapples) on the floor in two corners of the room.
There were a few choices for breakfast. I had fried eggs, some salad and chilli sauce in a baguette, it was actually very nice.
Don’t expect luxury, clean, cheap, basic and convenient, I would stay again if I had an early or late flight

Very close to the airport, we were able to walk there. Staff were super helpful and kind. The organised a taxi for us to get us to Sa Pa the ebxt day and the hotel owner even drove my husband to the nearest ATM. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast included, warm baguettes, eggs, butter, jam and watermelon.

Very basic room with a hard bed but good location and good price. Breakfast wasn’t great - only vegetarian option was a baguette with fried egg (which was largely uncooked). Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Basic but great place to stay if your flight isn’t at the best time. We arrived into Hanoi at 10pm and chose to stay here rather than take the journey into town the same night. The young gentleman on reception was very nice on arrival and allowed us straight into our room without having to bother about photocopying passports etc. Breakfast is just really eggs and some bread but sufficient enough.
Rooms clean however dated. Would advice to bring some mosquito repellent as we had a few in our room and no nets, meant we woke to a few bites.
All in all, a good stay.
