The hotel is in a wonderful location with some great facilities especially the pool. Unfortunately there were a number of factors which will not stop us from returning but prevent a higher score.
We found many of the staff friendly and hospitable especially the morning porter and afternoon Receptionist. However, the service in the restaurant was disorganised and did not reflect the high quality food and presentation.
We had a standard family room in the main building and would not book or recommend this room to others with young children. We were located on the ground floor and were disturbed every night by guests above and around us. The room also had very little natural light and was severely dated in decor and furnishings.
The views, breakfast provision and location plus price would definitely encourage us to book again but we would look to book one of the lovely bungalows in the gardens.

Quiet space, beautiful campus, plenty of trees and a warm swimming pool.
From the balcony, we can see clouds floating in the opposite hills, very romantic. Great breakfast, chef changes the good food every day.
The staffs are extremely enthusiastic, especially the bellman. The housekeeper set up our room with flowers and softy bed. They all made our trip is more fantastic.
This is the first choice when we back to Da Lat.

This was a good hotel and good value. The infinity pool is a highlight. The weather is cool, so nice that they heat the pool. My room had a tiny window, so I didn't really get to enjoy the view of the nice (but small) valley. I loved the bed. It was very comfortable with four pillow. Good service too.

The beauty of Zen Valley is unprecedented. Our Deluxe Room was absolutely gorgeous beautiful view of The Valley. But what was even better then the accommodations with the people working here.
Gin-Ky Vong
Bich Phuong (afternoon)
Kim Phuong(morning). All 3 did a spectacular job with trip and food recommendations. I give them all 5 stars for that service. I was here with my girlfriend and it was her birthday they arranged to have flowers sent to Our Room and have the bed made up with rose petals Towel swans and other flowers to accompany the flowers I had purchased. I couldn't even of have imagined this service when I asked for them to get flowers. If you ever get a chance to go to Da
lat. Make sure you stay Here and make sure you get to meet these wonderful people. I would give each one of them 10 stars if that were possible.

After spending horrible night in different hotel in Dalat we decided to book something further from the city. What a good choice we did! Reception staff was super helpful and nice. I really loved the cottage room, it was clean, huge and had a view to the valley. The whole hotel area is a bit steep so get ready to walk some stairs when going to their restaurant. Restaurant serves very good breakfast. We rented scooted with them as well.
