Truly a bad staff attitude.
I state that I have stayed here dozens of times in the past years and have never had problems, but there were two managers Ja and Alex who respected the customers and did everything to make them feel at ease, very friendly and always helpful.
Now things have obviously changed for the worse.
After over a year I return to this resort.
On March 29 I went personally to the Chan Resort to ask if it was open, the door was closed, I ring the bell and a girl receives me, initially she was a little wary, then when I tell her that I am a longtime customer, she decides to let me in.
I ask for some information about the price of the room, on breakfast and if it was possible to have dinner in the hotel.
Ok I say her in 24 hours I would have booked.
The next day I still go to the Chan Resort, (March 30th) it was about 1.30 pm and it was very hot, the door was open, and the staff sat doing nothing.
Nobody greeted me, but it doesn't matter, at the reception there was another girl who was not at all kind, ...
I turn to her saying that I would like to pay a room for 10 days from 1st to 10th April, I had the feeling that she was not happy at all, she ask me which room I wanted, as if she was doing me a favor.
I tell this girl that I would like to pay for 10 days and I would like to be able to use the swimming pool for a couple of hours, obviously paying.
At this point I see her completely annoyed, and with a hostile attitude, I repeat to her for the third time that I had come to pay for the room and I would have paid for the use of the swimming pool, I would have expected a professional welcome, what I saw instead was this girl annoyed by having to welcome the only customer who could give work for at least 10 days.
Obviously the customers suck you, so I give you some advice, put a sign with CLOSED written on it, I assure you that you make a better impression !!!
