We spent 2 nights at the end of November at Penzion Atrium...A very good choice :)
The personal is polity and professional. The rooms are quite big , cozy and clean. The heat worked very well , even if outside it was cold and it snowed in the room the temperature was fine.We had a room at the side facing the street and our friends on the other side.Yes , as other people mentioned you hear the bells from the church every morning , but just once at 7 o'clock as I remember and for one minute. But I guess that could not be an issue because if you are here then you want to take advantage of the whole day , not to sleep until midday.(and you don't need an alarm ;) ).but if that could bother you , you can ask for a room on the other side ,me friends didn't hear a thing in the morning.
Breakfast was good.we had : bread, butter, cheese, jam, peanut butter, joghurt coffee, tea ...and you can choose from : ham and eggs, bacon and eggs , sausages , scrambled eggs with bacon or ham and so on...
During the day we went out visiting Vysoke Tatry which is 20 minutes ride by car where you can make a whole day of it if you like hiking, skiing or exploring.
Also at dinner we ate at the restaurant where the food was delicious and the price was more then fair.I would recommend the Atrium Plate which is more then enough for 2 persons and it is delicious.
Overall this is a good pension especially for a 2 star.there are 3 star hotels that should learn from this one
