I stayed on the 7th floor in a room with a bay view... and it was perfect. Definitely worth the upgrade over a room with a regular view, and I think the view was probably nicer than from the sea view room (which is slightly more expensive). It's one of the few times I've opened the curtains and really been impressed by the view.
The room itself was spotless. Due to Covid, they only clean your room if you ask, so bear that in mind. I asked for mine to be cleaned after the second day.
I didn't use the restaurant for dinner but I did use it for breakfast and ... OH MY!!! Breakfasts are one of the main reasons I choose hotels over airbnb and this did not disappoint, despite the Covid restrictions. Ordinarily, there would be a buffet, but now there are things to choose from and the chef plates it up for you. In addition to that, there are cold breakfast items. I initially misunderstood what was happening. The waitress explained it to me, and when she said there was a vegetarian option, I said no thanks... thinking that meant I didn't want anything. Oh no. She asked if I wanted anything to drink, so I ordered coffee and orange juice, and when I had finished choosing my hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages) she was behind me with a tray. "I'll follow you to your seat," she said. So I thought she was just bringing the coffee and juice No... There was a plate with cold meats and cheeses, various breads, fruit salad, honey, jam, a plain yoghurt, a flavoured yoghurt, slices of tomato and radish, and a piece of cake. All for me! Amazing! I didn't finish it all (who could?!). And it pained me to leave any. If scrambled eggs aren't your thing, they also offered boiled eggs, or the chef can whip you up an omelette, fried egg, or waffles.
The staff in the restaurant were perfect. So friendly and smiling all the time.
In fact, all of the hotel staff are amazing. It's not something that's guaranteed in Poland, so I like to mention when I get it.
I've spent 1 night in this hotel (15-16.08.2020).
Taking into consideration last negative comments, I have to say that everything has improved.
Reception staff is fully professional (except one receptionist lady who wasn't very nice during my phone call to reception. She was probably busy with checkouts and it was really annoying when she was just waiting for me to finish the call. You need to improve such behaviour).
Hotel is located in front of the port (Vistula bay) with a nice view on historical war ships (ORP "Blyskawica", ORP "Piorun") and sailing ships like "Dar Pomorza" and "Dar Mlodziezy". View is the most beautiful during the night.
The hotel is located on the famous Kosciuszko promenade, where you can find lots of tourist attractions such as boat cruises, a funfair, and a Ferris wheel. The beach is 100 meters from the hotel.
Hotel has a restaurant and the bar. In restaurant you can eat breakfasts served by very nice, but frightened lady waitress (many greetings for you. Don't be so shy and don't worry I'm not so bad).
Finally a smile settled on her lips :-)
And the best one was a bartender with whom I've ordered fresh orange juice - but never got it.
But what was the most interesting, the bartender was convinced that I liked the juice very much.
There is only one disadvantage... you have no swimming pool :-(
According to bathrooms - bathroom was very clean - however there was not enough shampoo, shower gel and soap for two persons. There was a need to ask for more - what wasn't any problem.
If you are traveling by car - you can park your car on outdoor parking or in the garage. one day ticket costs 50 zl (it's not much, but in my opinion in a such good hotel the cost of parking should be included in the room price).
In summary I can recommend this hotel for families and for couples... and for everyone.
You guys rock !!! :-)
Due to such professional staff as you are - I will visit your hotel next time for sure.
Thank you for your hospitality.
Guest from room 718. :-)
Nice hotel and good location near the sea. Good breakfast. Room was very comfortable and the bed was really good. Only negative thing was the room temperature - it was a bit too cold - bacauce of strong air conditioning😔
Ottimo.. Very central position, very good standard, big room, amazing and very complete breakfast..
Service very attentive and fast check in and out procedure.
Perfect stay for a business trip in Gdynia..
Stayed here due to business in Gdynia. The room was not in the best location but it was stil clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good. I had only one harm since during check-out I did not receive a receipt from my payment. I had to request it afterwards. Otherwise I would have ranked this 5.
