The hotel is in a fabulous location to everything we only went for two nights arriving late on the friday night, the reception staff were very helpful. Our double (Galileo)room was lovely spacious everything you needed plenty of towels, mini bar although not much in there and abit pricey as you would expect for a hotel. Very Clean room my 5 year old son had a travel cot for a bed after I had booked an extra bed for him, was abit surprised at this but hes quite small so fitted in and it had a zip door so he could get in and out ok. Only one major fault with our room the ensuite bathroom had its door missing??? Very strange but we were only there 2 nights so we didnt complain. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and plenty of it too although I would recomend going early as the breakfast room isnt huge so seating is limited breakfast staff were lovely and helpful.
I would say all in all a lovely hotel with great staff.
Hotel is in centrum of Gdansk. There is no elevator and breakfast room ist too small for all guests and there are no windows or air conditioning, so there is really hot inside. We have had apartment, which was very modern and clean. They are dog friendly. There is big problem with parking, but you can pay parking under the building for 40zł a day. Personal is nice.
Me and my friend stayed here for 2 nights. We got The Armstrong apartment, twofloor apartment with bathtub and seperate toilet, two queensize beds. A balcony in The top floor looking over The rooftops, i can imagine it would be amazing in The spring/summer or early fall (it was a bit to cold to sit there in February). The kitchen had a dishwasher and a big fridge, even a stow if you'd prefer to make something at the aparment. The breakfast was cosy and you got your own coffe pot to your table. I Will for sure boke villa pica paca again!
Stayed 2 days arrived saturday left Monday. We were in Gallileo suite with breakfast included. Very helpful staff room was OK for money paid... This is not a 5 star hotel and as such you should not expect 5 star service. What they do offer is Clean warm rooms Staff that speak good english and always happy to assist you, A breakfast that should please the fussiest of eaters... If what you want is not there they go out of their way to provide for you.All in all a good visit and I would happily use again (i have stayed in hotels of ALL stars worldwide) Hotel is VERY CENTRAL as well!
We are both close to 60 years old, came to Gdansk to see Old Town. Got the room above 24 hours open liquor store. Noise was terrible. All night long. When i addressed the issue with hotel management , they were not concerned . As a matter of fact i heard the remark sating that I should expect that when coming to town during Dominican Fair.
