Good hotel with awesome pools and food, strongly recommend to visit it, close to the beach, but closing earlier in November, a better time to visit - till October. Pleasant staff, good coffee and nice hotel territory :)

This is a lovely family friendly hotel. Arrived late at night and reception were extremely friendly even having some rolls and fruit on arrival. Checkin was quick and easily found our appt. The rooms were basic but clean and tidy with everything you needed. Cleaners cleaned the room every day with fresh towels if needed. Each morning you would see them cleaning around the pool ready for the day ahead.

Plenty to choose from for breakfast, lots on the menu for lunch and always a couple of meat options and a fish option for dinner. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcomed. The only exception would have to be the lady attending the pool bar, came across as she didn't want to be there and I don't think she smiled once.

Yes they are building a hotel behind and there is some noise from this but it didn't bother us at all and Did not effect the overall experience.

Kids loved the pool, cold when you first get in but refreshing.

The entertainment lady was lovely and tried to get everyone involved.

I also have to say that the rep we had was great. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was always there when she said she would be.

Was a really nice place and would definately go there again.

My friend and I just got back from this hotel after a last minute booking following our trip with Thomas Cook being cancelled. We were a bit dubious because of the reviews and the fact it had cost so much money because First Choice hikes the prices up. But we have tried to give a fair review as that is not the hotels fault.

Room - basic but exactly what we needed. Beds are super comfy and the air con is good although quite noisy. Very clean and maid service daily. Shower was great, very powerful with plenty of hot water.

Food - typical all inclusive food really, plenty of choice but bland and not always hot enough. Good fried eggs for breakfast. Would have preferred some more authentic Greek food but I always found something to eat.
Waiters in the restaurant are lovely, always getting drinks and clearly working really hard. The staff are a credit to this hotel!

Drinks - great cocktail list, red wine was really nice. Female waitress on the pool bar was a bit miserable - rarely greeted with a smile, hello or even any eye contact. She was the only one who wasn’t friendly which was a shame. Her attitude made us feel guilty asking for drinks!

Entertainment - the pool is very clean but a little bit chilly! Nice to cool off in the 30 degree heat however I prefer the water a little warmer! There is a lovely girl doing the entertainment, I feel sorry for her because she is trying hard but the hotel have hardly given her any tools to work with. Evening entertainment is bingo and a quiz... and the music system is bad. Not her fault and needs to be something the hotel looks at.

Area - lovely area, only a few minutes walk to a nice little beach. Close to Aiya Napa harbour which has some lovely restaurants and great seafood. Several other beaches nearby so plenty to explore. 24 hour supermarket opposite the hotel which sells everything you could possibly want.
There are building works by the hotel and although it is an eye sore presently, it really isn’t as big of a deal as some of these reviews make out. There’s a bit of noise but nothing major. It isn’t the fault of the hotel so unfair to criticise them for it.

All in all we had a lovely stay here. There are some improvements that would have made it even better, mostly the food and evening entertainment because that was the biggest let down.
My biggest gripe is with First Choice/TUI who charged a huge amount of money for this trip following the Thomas Cook collapse. Because of that I wouldn’t say it was great value for money although I very much doubt the hotel saw any of that extra! TUI advertised this as a premier hotel which is not correct, it is a standard 3 star place. Next time I visit Cyprus I would only go back to this hotel if the price was a lot cheaper, otherwise I would go elsewhere with more than one on site restaurant, just a personal preference though.

I would recommend this place for the staff, drinks and cleanliness. A nice base to explore the area from.

We have just returned home to the UK from what has been a very memorable and relaxing holiday which was made possible by the incredibly friendly and accomodating staff at Tasia Maris Gardens. Our accomodation was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and continued to be cleaned spotlessly by the very hard working and friendly Maids daily, during our stay. The food was delicious, with traditional Cypriot offerings as well as familiar dishes with plenty to go around all guests. The drinks and the variety of were also delicious and generous. The pool is beautiful and is big enough for almost all of the guests to use and enjoy without it feeling overcrowded with plenty of sun loungers to compliment. A nice touch is being able to have a shower prior to departure without the need to pay extra for late checkout as well as full use of all-inclusive facilities until departure - something not all hotels offer and was greatly appreciated by us. For us though what has made our holiday this year are the staff. Each and every member of staff we encountered whether from Reception, the Maids, the Waiters and Waitresses, Bar Staff and Entertainment Staff; all were extremely friendly, welcoming and couldn't do more to ensure that the guests in their charge had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday - all are assets to Tasia Maris. Thank you.

Just got back from staying at this hotel and what can I say we’ll we had a wonderful holiday and could not fault the hotel, it is absolutely spotless room cleaned every day and to a good standard as is all the other areas pool, dining area etc. Food is good nice selection of food and well cooked I have seen some reviews this is not 5star and the food is better than some 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in. Now the staff I have to say the staff are a credit to this hotel not just 1 or 2 but every single person working here and for these reasons I would not have any hesitation in recommending this hotel, a big thankyou to Thomas who was amazing the welcome and service you receive and continue to throughout your stay would surpass most hotels thankyou so much for a memorable holiday will definitely be back again *just to add yes there is a hotel being built behind the resort but did not impact our holiday this is not the hotels fault and would recommend u complain to your travel company not the hotel *

The wifi is good in the bar and ok in the dining area. We didn't get wifi in our apartment which was 6B, probably as far from the dining area as possible. Did not do shopping for cigarettes, but Larnaca airport was the most expensive place I've ever been to, so don't expect to get anything cheap there. We also did not hire a car.

To confirm the previous answer, we went in October and the see was lovely. Pool was slightly fresh when you first got in but you soon got used to it. Got to say it was one of the best holidays we have had. The fact it was smaller place is great. Food is fab, buffet in the evening but the lunch is selection off a menu which we though was great. Location is fab with loads of shops to walk round and bars to visit if you fancy it. You will have a fab time!

There was a handrail at the shallow end from memory and it gently sloped plus ramp as other person has already advise that takes you to reception and dining room and front bar
