Because we got lost, we came much later (8PM) than we had planned, or wanted and were greeted VERY frostily by the hostess. We had a clean room with only a shower, lovelocks, comfortable king bed, quite sleep. Breakfast was delightful:scrambled eggs, canadian bacon, fried eggplant, 1/2 tomato, a mushroom, 2 slices of airy bread.

Villa Cavour is a really nice place to stay in Hervey Bay.
Mara the host is super nice.
The room we stayed in was great. Comfortabel bed and bathroom.
Breakfast in the morning was also great and her cappuccino is delicious.
Mara even made us breakfast at 06:30 in the morning because we were going to Fraser Island.
I can definitely recommend to stay here.

I enjoyed a two night stay at Villa Cavour in room #4. The room was very spacious and well-appointed with a nice balcony. I was the only guest during my stay, so I didn't have to worry about sharing the balcony with others. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was quite tasty as well.

Mara and Rocco, originally from Torino Italy run a wonderful B&B in Hervey Bay. From our first contact months before our visit, Mara was really friendly ,and offered great advice on tours to Fraser Island etc. Communication was excellent, and we really looked forward to our 3 night visit.
Mara and Roccos' B&B is just so comfortable ,elegant and warm, and we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was very comfortable with good amenities, and Mara gave us good recommendations for dinner, and arranged an early breakfast for our Hummer tour of Fraser Island.
Breakfast, both continental and cooked were delicious and plentiful. Rocco cooked us a delicious prawn risotto one night and we enjoyed a good red wine from the Piedmonte area.
However, what made our visit most memorable was the wonderful warmth and friendliness of the owners, we felt as though we had made a lasting friendship.
Thank you so much Mara and Rocco, we have sung your praises to our friends and family, and hope to return one day .Best Wishes from Jennifer and Juris.
