Great apartments, we had our three kids with us and everyone enjoyed the space and the luxury of the apartments.

All the apartments have three bedrooms, spacious living area - they are so well equipped.

Highly recommend and we will be back for sure - can't fault them!

We stayed with our 5 year old daughter for 5 wonderful nights in an alpine villa that had lake views as well. The townhouse was like walking in to your own home it had everything at your disposal. Modern furnishings, full kitchen, heating in every room, gas fire in the living area, heated towel rails, heated floors in the bathrooms, large TV in the living, another in the main bedroom, Sky TV available as well. It was a quiet peaceful stay only 1.5kms from the town centre, a bus stop out the front or a $10 cab ride or slip down in your car.

The reception staff were more than courteous and helpful. We will be back to beautiful Queenstown and look forward to staying in the Platinum villas.

We booked their 3 bedrooms villa with alpine view, the villa is spacious and clean. The villa is well located with just 10 mins walk you will reach the town centre, lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Don't you worry about parking space, they have a garage for you.

The Villa is equipped with kitchen utensils, an oven, pan, wine glasses, coffee cups etc, you can almost find everything you need here, which made me feel like it's home, not just any rented villa during my stay.

The receptionist is really friendly and helpful, very lovely and good first impression of this villa. Also, really appreciated the two toilets as during my visit in NZ, most of the apartments or villas only have one toilet which is kind of inconvenient for 5 of us. Highly recommended this fantastic villa, you won't regret staying here.

THE VIEW

The views from the Lakeview villas are STUNNING. Completely unobstructed, with a beautiful terrace that makes for a perfect viewing deck. The management photos really don't lie. From what we could tell, the lake/valley was wider on this side of town when compared with the Rees and the Hilton, so the view was much more impressive.

THE VILLAS

The villa itself was very spacious, tastefully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable for 4-6 people. The stone fireplace is a really nice touch. Even in a town that is all about the outdoors, our beautiful villa (plus free movie rentals) made staying in on a rainy day an enviable experience.

THE LOCATION

Platinum Villas is a 5 minute drive from main Queenstown. The garage is a good size for a mid-sized sedan or a small SUV, but may be tight for anything bigger.

The ONLY thing I would change is the 2GB free wifi limit, which got used up in a few basic photo uploads. Considering all the luxurious amenities provided at such incredible value, it would have topped the experience if they had just been more gracious with the wifi.

A soon as we drove into the Platinum Villas complex I could see we were going to have a great stay. Check in was simple, straight forward and fast. Our villa was tucked up the back with mountain views which had quite a Canadian feel about it. The row of villas facing the lake had amazing views especially because the whole complex is elevated on a hillside. The villa itself was instantly welcoming with lights on, milk in the fridge and chocolates awaiting us. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean, as was the rest of it. A large table which sat six provided adequate space to enjoy evening meals together (we didnt eat out once in 4 days as we loved what the kitchen/dining area provided). The lounge was comfortable with a gas fireplace and wall heater. The bedrooms are all upstairs and are furnished beautifully. Good bedding and big soft pillows. The bathrooms were underfloor heated along with the towel rails. We felt spoilt and blessed. Stay with confidence.

You will definitely be able to fit 1 travel cot in. A second one will make it a bit difficult to move around in the room, but I doubt that you will find a third bedroom in another place that is much bigger than the twin room here. Another option might be to put the kids in the main bedroom and move the 2 single beds together. The main bedroom is very spacious. Unfortunately you just won't have the nice view then. I hope it helps. Ask them for a villa with a lake view if you can.
