Really lovely, quiet, friendly, clean and cosy chalet style hotel. Room 25 was cosy, nice size balcony and looked into beautiful scenery. The staff very helpful and always smiling. Close to a button lift providing there is enough snow in the town, failing that a short walk to the main Pleney Lift or the SM lift to Avoriaz and beyond.
Immaculate dining area. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Evening meals a high standard , perhaps would have liked a choice for a ‘main’ within the set 4 courses. It was never a problem if we chose just 2 of the 4 courses...
Whilst we chose not to use the pool/sauna facilities they looked fantastic. You were supplied with a lovely towelling robe in your room should you wish to venture down.
Rooms were cleaned daily. If you wished you could change your towels daily.
Beds were really comfy, big, and ample bedding. We had a room with a shower, which I was happy with, lovely hot water every time...my partner missed a bath.
Morzine town is vibrant once off the slopes with a few shops and plenty places to eat.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and definitely return if we venture back to Morzine! Thank you for a perfect week!

Family run hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well appointed, warm and reasonable size. Ours did not have a bath, which we would have preferred, so best to ask at booking time as we know some guests had a bath and would have preferred a shower!
The hotel has good parking, free, and is very handy for the bus only a minutes walk. Use Ski Shop Felix for ski rental, the hotel didn't tell us but we got 20% discount, staff were extremely helpful there.
Friendly dogs greet you, the dining room is spacious, swimming pool and sauna too plus pool table and a nice touch is books to read if the weather is dire. TV has poor channels for the UK, if that is a worry to you.
Breakfast is great, plenty choice, hot options filled up little and often so always fresh, nice breads, home made jams, cakes and pastries. Evening meal a set option, but I believe they will do something for you if you prefer but we liked it all. Tasty, good portions, very hot and variety. Delicious cheeseboard too and coffee served afterwards in the lounge, had to pay for hot water but there is a cost to provide anything so I guess fair.
If I had any complaint I would say that the fondue evening was not value for money compared to all the other meals, ample fondue and they would top it up if necessary as they would give extra potatoes etc but it just needed a lot more salad. The pudding was a bought in meringue thing too.
I would definitely return and have already recommended to family friends.

We stayed over New Year in this lovely hotel.
It is walking distance to Le Pleney lift. Lift passes available from the hotel to save time queuing for them.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Lovely buffet breakfast / plenty of choice of hot and cold food.
Beautiful 4 course dinner every night (set menu) with amazing dinner on New Year’s eve.
Comfy, cosy bedrooms - we had small balcony with beautiful views.
Comfortable public areas.
Great sauna and steam room. Heated outdoor pool.
Would highly recommend

Excellent location, very clean, pool area is great. I would have liked to have a minibar/fridge in the room to keep the drinks cold but we survived without it. The food was really too, we had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast - excellent choice of dishes and the prices are quite reasonable. We ate in town most of the week, so can say for definite the hotel dinners are not overpriced! Sauna and steam room are amazing! I'd imagine they get quite busy in winter. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples.

What a gem of a hotel, just off the main strip at the end of the high street. Perfect location for being central but also a stone throw away from the lifts and bars.

The facilities are fantastic, the pool and gardens being perfect on a hot day. The hotel has a secure locker room bikes, which faces onto the front car park.

The hotel is spotless, with some areas looking like they have been renovated somewhat recently. The reception and dining area staff are very welcoming and exceptionally polite.

And... for dog lovers there are the cutest dogs in reception that greet you all the time.

Great place, thoroughly recommend.
