Stayed one night for a layover. They are supposed to have a shuttle pick up from the airport every 20 minutes. The shuttle did not show for 45 minutes and we stood in the cold and wind. Arrived and the front doors were locked. Only one was unlocked but stuck so we had to bang on the door to get in. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The shower leaked all over the room and the toilet did not flush.
Great location, Friendly staff, but hotel needs improvement!
Great staff, free shuttle from the airport very convenient. Great to have all staff speak French and English.
The hotel lobby is impressive, great decor, spacious and lots open space.
Bar nicely located on ground floor offers sandwich type meals, restaurant offers great breakfast- lots of choices, diner- buffet option, amazing choices! All at premium prices though-to give some context : glass of wine 12 euros, large water bottle- 6 euros, buffet for 1- 40 euros
Room (3 floor) is in dire disrepair. Really old, dirty, mildew and mold in bathrooms. Bathroom falling apart. Deco in the room sad, nothing matching, very dim and poor light in you want to work!
Meeting room- The staff are great though, helped with booking meeting room. Thanks Alison and Clemence.
Overall 5* to all the staff at the front desk!
Meeting room 1st floor- spacious, with all required facilities, projectors, flowchart, accommodated us with round tables, notepads, meal and snack choices top notch etc. Cables, socket points unsafe! A/C doesn't work well. The windows cannot be opened and the room becomes very hot at times.
Overall The hotel decor is great at the ground floor and it is near to the airport. The breakfast is nice with good choices.
The not so good stuff- rooms need proper cleaning with renovation needed, light in rooms need to be changed to give option for brighter light for those who are there for work.
The hotel has good potential, but the housekeeping personnel need to pay more attention to the room malfunction between clients. This is not the first time that I have stayed there and also last time I needed to call a technician because the TV was not working. This time the sink was clogged, the electrical charger on the table, with 4 positions, not one was working.
From the front revolving door that was broken to water spots on the ceiling to filth on the air vents in the room to a pool straight out of a horror film, this facility is way past it’s prime.
Evidently there is no management because if there was they would have to be blind.
Obviously the location is good and the value proposition even with all these serious caveats is ok to good.
The Regency floor features a Regency Club that is closed. All day and night. How unwelcoming is that? No explanation.
We stayed here for 9 days. We had the suite because we were 3 people, so it was cheaper to take the suite they cleaned the room 1 time on tje entire stay. The rest of the days they just made the bed. The water did not work at all in the shower and when we asked to get it fixed, nothing happened. The drain was also clogged in the sink and shower. They also take 17€ for a pizza that has worse quality than a frozen pizza that you can buy at the supermarket for 4 €. We tried different types of food all week and none live up to the price. I am trying to find somethong positive about the stay. Possibly the breakfast that cost 20 euros. We paid approximately 4000 euros for the stay. I hope that we can find any other hotel at the next fairs of maison & objet.
