We stayed at Villa Fiorentino for 3 nights in the Azzurra room.

Positives: Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were all lovely and always willing to help with information, directions, recommendations and carrying suitcases! We arrived early on our first day and were told we could relax by the infinity pool with a welcome drink whilst we waited for our room. The infinity pool is something else, such amazing views and so relaxing. Our room was also incredible, the bed was big and so comfy, the shower was huge and the terrace had the best views. We did not want to leave the hotel!

Negatives: Honestly there weren’t any. If I am being picky however we were on the second floor and the people in the room above us were very loud and we could hear them pulling chairs out and walking around a lot which was a bit annoying especially in the early hours of the morning.

Location: Location is perfect for the most amazing view of Positano. There is a supermarket 2 mins away as well which we got food and drinks from and drank on our terrace. Otherwise for other food you will have to walk 10mins into the town. Now this was fine going down, but coming back up we had to climb so many stairs, it is quite exhausting, so pace yourself!! Finally in terms of getting there, definitely just easiest getting a private transfer. The SITA bus does stop about 7mins walk from the hotel if you catch that bus from Sorrento, but be warned it will be crowded on the bus. We caught the ferry back to Naples which was a lot easier when leaving, however having to carry our 20kg suitcases down to the ferry port was a struggle, so just do yourself a favour a book a private transfer!!

We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views were amazing. Every room has a balcony overlooking the city and breakfast is served in your room daily to enjoy on your balcony. The one thing I would say to be aware of are the stairs. This hotel is pretty high on the hill, so if you don't like stairs stay closer to the beach. It was about 500 steps (meaning stairs) from the beach to our hotel room door. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future.

Stayed at Villa Fiorentino with our family in the garden villa. Family owned like many, but after two visits to Positano this is our favorite. Views and location are amazing, 10 minutes walk to the beach, with great shops along the way. Villa setup is convenient with fridge, washing machine, lots of room and an amazing terrace. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I can’t say enough about the time we had in the honeymoon suite - we loved it so much we decided to have some wedding photos taken there (we eloped 😉). The terrace, the private pool, the attention to detail, everything was perfection. The family and staff here are insanely friendly and we even got a tour of the grounds from the owner on our last day. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Positano. The only issue with a place so beautiful is that we never wanted to leave to see the rest of the city!
