We spent two night at the Agriturismo and had a lovely time! The room and bathrooms were nicely decored and very spacious. The bathroom has a beautiful bathtub! The place itself is beautiful, set in a peaceful location just off of Bardolino, in between the vineyards. Breakfast was a spread of delicious home-made food.
The hosts are a lovely couple. Very recommended!
We had (again) a wonderfull stay at Borgo di Calmasino. The hosts Manuela e Angelo & kids Gabriel e Mayla are the best! Very kind and helpfull. Dog Zoë is really sweet.
The rooms are beautifull and spacious incl. airco & tv. There is also a small fridge in the room, so you can keep things cool. The garden & pool are gorgeous. Only for guests, so always a bed & parasol available. At the pool there is a small bar where you can buy drinks, icecream and sandwiches or a salad for a fair price. Really good for a lazy day at the pool, no need to get out.
In walking distance there are a few good restaurants.
There are good bikes for rent at the Borgo for a sporty day. To lake Garda only a few km (5). The way down you don't have to pedal, but back there's the pool as a reward 😀
You can buy very good wine & olive oil from own production!
Thank you for everything, we come again next year!

We stayed for one night in the peak season. Overall, it was great value for money. The accommodation wasn't cheap, but most Hotels/B&B's in the region charge a lot more for a lot less value at that time of the year. We enjoyed it very much.
Pro:
- very friendly owners who cared for any needs
- great location within the wine country
- nice and clean building, superb pool for such a small b&b
Con:
- the room was pretty warm during the night. A proper air condition would be helpful for a longer stay
- car necessary for dinner at the lake
Recommendation:
If you are a couple or family travelling through Italy by car, this place is definitely worth a stay for 2-3 nights. Perfect place to investigate the area.
My husband and I have recently spent three nights at the 'Borgo di Calmasino'.
Manuela - who by the way speaks fluently German - and her husband are great hosts, always friendly and welcoming and also ready to give recommendations.
The premise is quite big and is sitting secludedly with vineyards around the house, olive trees and flowers all around. Even though it is only a short drive to Lake Garda, the B&B is far away from hectic and noise and provides tranquility for those who are seeking it.
A reasonably big swimming pool and two garden areas are adding to the comfort.
Wifi works everywhere and is fast.
Breakfast is big for italian standards with fresh fruit and cereal, cheese and sausages, cake, marmalade, eggs etc. Both Manuela and her husband were always asking if there was anything they could do for you.
Our room was rather small and a bit dark and there was only little space to lay down your things. However, this is the only small drawback.
We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this B&B to anyone who is looking for a quiet place which is still close to all tourist infrastructure, such as resturants, the lake etc..
