The main building of this hotel is a charming Art deco style. However, not all of it is as charming. Many rooms are to be found in an unprepossessing annex with a tortuous path from reception. Rooms can be very small. I am sure there are more comfortable than mine, but it was Design Week when I visited and room prices were sky high, so the room I thought was reasonably priced was tiny. Fine for one and fine with no luggage, but even for one with a suitcase of moderate proportions, my room was a tight fit. There was minimal hanging space and without a wardrobe my bag filled all the floor space between the bed and the window. However, bathroom was fine and shower very nice. Bed was also comfortable and large.
Staff were faultlessly pleasant and breakfast buffet is very good.
Room Tip: Avoid the smallest rooms unless you are travelling solo with minimal luggage

Dear AMP070866 Thank you for your stay at GLO Hotel Art. I assume you have stayed in our Smart room category what is our most compact roomtype. It has been designed as you said for one person, with minimal luggage as well. The most popular room category and what we have the most is Comfort type and it is almost half size bigger and have lot more space. Prices are different in different time of the year and depending on happenings as well. I am happy you enjoyed the shower, staff and breakfast on your stay. Next time try the Comfort room or even more luxurious stay our Lux rooms and Suite :-) Thank you for your feedback and hope to see you again soon! Kind regards, Aino Heikkilä Front Office Manager GLO Hotel Art
