Everything seems fine until 10pm . The a/c system doesnt work well, we get no cool air while outside 30+ celcius.

My fiance calls front desk for regarding, they send a guy who i believe knowing nothing how to fix (this is commercial a/c system not family one!).

Anyway, the guy touchs a few buttons then told me it should be now. We dont think so but anyway, we wait in patient for next 20 minutes waiting for magic happened.

We call front desk again and report nothing improved since the last guy came. Once again, they send another guy who does exact and says the same thing with the last guy. Both me and my fiance get so mad, we spent whole day attending event so we didnt pay attentiom to the room until bed time. We call front desk again, and this time they send "technical guy".

Upon he arrival, he does the same thing with 2 previous guys. But this time we tell him problems not coming from control panel - one of air outlet isnt working. In stead of giving reasonable answer. He blamed us for not using control panel properly !? His name is "Nguyên". He says "the a/c blows just fine it just not cool, but i think it all ok. This a/c system only blows straight direction so your bed doesnt get cool its normal." WTF ??? The room is not 1000 m2. Its rough 30m2 and conmercial aircon working fine but just cant get the whole room cool ???? Anyway, this "technical guy" keeps arguing with us then he calls front desk from changing room and just walks away.

First, this is "premium resort" it's ok for me to expect "premium service". Second, I don't give even about "HOW YOUR A/C WORKING PROPERLY" - 10pm I expect cool comfortable place to sleep not moving from room to room try to find working a/c. My gosh! Very frustrated. I highly don't spend your money here if you expect "PREMIUM QUALITY FOR WHAT YOU PAY". 1 star rating from me !

The goods:
Despite some negative reviews on room conditions, our room and 2 other families' were quite decent, clean, offer a good panoramic view to the distanced ocean and the pool underneath.

What we truly enjoyed was the uncrowded water park. Our kids loved it and spent most of the days in the park jumping pool to pool and slide to pipe.

Again, despite of bad reviews on service, we didn't experience anything as such. Rather, most resort staffs we encountered were nice and polite, some were even spent more effort than they would have needed for us at the restaurant.

The not-that-goods:
Buffet, like others talked about, was horrific. No seafood, choices were abundant however weren't good. And the armies of guests swarming the buffet was overwhelming. We just wanted to eat something and get out as quick as possible.

Menu was rather limited. Pizza, what the heck, pie crust instead of pizza crust? Other dishes were okay though, we liked most of our selections other than pizza.

Guest atmosphere is something that one unlikely experiences before. I've never seen so many Russians in one place in Vietnam before, probably 70-80% of the entire guest population. Russians do not speak English neither do they offer you a smile at the crossed path. You could easily ignore this because they are not disturbing anyone's peace either. Just that they don't show warmth to other guests as you may experience from guests of other nations.

Well i don't know how to start with my review , i actually don't want to give this resort a bad review because i loved eveything about this place when i first arrived ( good room - delicious food - cool activities ) until i had some bad experiences while staying here.
1. When we arrived my husband and i saw a piano at the lobby with the sign " professional pianist only " and i'm sure i understand what it means , so after dinner my husband came and asked the staff nicely if he could play a song ( he is a professional pianist ) , and instead of rejecting nicely the staff had a very rude attitude towarded my husband while the other one was laughing at him . I didnt expect such an attitude like this at a 5* resort .
2. We booked 2 rooms ( 1 for my family and 1 for my mom and sister ) , on the day we checked out , my sister forgot her bikini and 2 iphone chargers in her room , but the staff didn't say anything about it when they checked the rooms for my check out, we needed to ask them again and they kept saying like " sorry , we didn't see your chargers and bikini " that led us checking our luggages again and again , and we still couldn't find them . I think i asked the staff 4 or 5 times and they kept say no , my mother got angry because it was impossible they couldn't find something that were in the room before and no one saw them ( especially housekeeping staff ) .Surprised ! After 15 mins of keeping say no , someone finally said she got our stuff . It doesn't make any sense . For me it must be someone who was greedy or not careful in her work .
It was just my experiences staying here , i can say some individuals at your resort ruined my whole trip and my impressive about it.

The resort is far away from the city so it's very good for relaxing. It has beautiful view of East Sea. You can see the sun rise from your room and the moon on the sea. It has many of nice swinging pools. Nice beach. Highly recommend.

We stayed in suite room so we enjoyed the private swimming pool so much. The resort has a nice garden and clean and beautiful private beach. But there is a basic flaw in the room. The toilet system there did not work very well made us to change the room at the first night. The second room had the same problem so the staff had to fix it in a few hours. The foods in the buffet was not so good because it was seemly designed for Rusian all included tourists. The A-la-carte restaurant cooked much better than the buffet. The Kid Club staff spoke Russian only so it made me feel that the resort was for Russian only. The Resort is quite far from Nha Trang City and it is not easy to find a good restaurant nearby. There was a shuttle bus offered by the resort but it was always fully booked. It must be provided more shuttle bus to and back from the city to encourage people to stay there for longer vacation.
