The hotel is situated in a very central location in Chiado. It is very cozy , has a small but really nice swimming pool and a very well equipped gym . I had a Spa treatment with Raquel , top notch !
I fell in love with the hotels concept and surely will go back if I come to Lisbon next time .
All the staff members went out of their way to help and assist where they could.
The only downside for me was the bathroom , which is basically a small corner in the room ( maybe put in afterwards? ) . It has carpet as flooring ( same as in the room) .
Everything was very clean and all covid measurements implemented well.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully designed hotel. We were upgraded to the unique room and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast on the roof top terras was wonderful, with beautiful views of the city. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. A real advantage is the underground parking. It comes at an additional cost, but it is very convenient in the city center. Covid measures were very well respected.

After a road trip in Algarve my boyfriend and I decided to spend our last night there and it was gorgeous ! We were looking for a place in a nice, quiet neighborhood but still in the center of Lisbon where we could find restaurants and something to do in the evening and the position of this hotel is perfect. The check in was easy and fast, our room was ready before 3 o'clock, and the room was simply great with a huge terrace on Lisbon!
Unluckily the spa and the restaurant weren't open because of the covid 19 but everything else was really great!!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were originally given room 005 but owing to the noisy drilling taking place opposite we were moved to room 218. Although we were 2 floors up we were still at pavement level owing to the hotel being on a hill. The noise, however, didn't come from the outside, it came from within the hotel - neighbours talking, toilets flushing - we could hear it all.

The room had a very large bed (although hubby found the pillows uncomfortable), a good selection of TV channels, excellent wifi, lovely bathroom products, a decent size safe, slippers and dressing gowns, a nice fridge with freebie snacks and soft drinks but best of all a mini kettle. the only downside was the bifold shower door as it didn't shut properly meaning that water was always leaking out. I also learnt early on that the loo seat was not a soft close.

The buffet breakfast offered a good selection including fizz, and eggs could be made to specification. We visited the bar on a couple of occasions but found their cocktails quite expensive. Port is given as a welcome drink but I avoided the custard tarts as they weren't covered and I let the mini flies enjoy them instead. The gym was really functional and spotlessly clean as was everywhere else in the Lisboa Pessoa.

Excellent service and friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble plus this hotel is only a short walk from the Santa Justa lift, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, squares and the Doll Hospital as seen on TV. We even took a lovely leisurely walk to the Santo Amaro dock for our Hippo trip Amphibious sightseeing tour. We booked tickets for this at the hotel and I would recommend this as staff were able to tell us which time slots still had availability. They also helped us in choosing a tram that would allow us to explore the parts of Lisbon of interest to us. We chose number 28 as it dropped us off directly opposite the São Jorge Castle where we also visited Lisbon's highest historical tower.

All in all a lovely stay at a lovely hotel. My advice would be to use an Uber from the airport to the hotel. We didn't and it cost us almost 25 euros compared to 9 euros using an Uber upon our return.

Great hotel experience overall, we were upgraded as we were only staying for one night. Stafg were extremely helpful and the room was modern with no issue and extremly comfy bed. Location is good as its walking distance from all the top attractions and metro stations. Highly reccomend and great value.
