Still kept its high standards, very busy at weekends because of Halloween events, very quiet during the week. Staff were all good, room was lovely and stylish, food is a high quality buffet with plenty of choice, closed at lunchtime. €20 per person to visit the indoor pool /spa is a bit too expensive.

Arrived on a busy weekend, lots of families going to park, but come Monday it died including staff, service and food dropped in quality.
Hotel became a virtual ghost ship.
Restaurant food was never hot only Luke warm, not much for veggie people, and what was available (beef or Pork) was not the best, breakfast went from great to to quite poor.
We were so disappointed we mentioned it to reception but nothing happened.
Pool bar never opened one day until we decided to leave at 12.30.
The staff have been ok some really good some dam right rude.
As the weekend approached the hotel came alive with staff and food improved.
All in all hotel is very nice clean and some great staff, but it lives for the park. I may return a bit earlier in year to see difference

Just arrived home after 7 nights in Benidorm and stayed at this lovely hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. On booking in our bags were brought to our room within minutes and we were taken through how to use the air con and other facilities in the room. We also had free access to four theme parks as well as the onsite crazy golf.

We upgraded to a superior room and was not disappointed it was lovely large room with a super king bed which was incredibly comfortable. The air con was excellent and with a shower and jacuzzi bath I felt very spoilt. The TV stations have British options too. We had 7 nights of super uninterrupted sleep. It has excellent views of Benidorm and the sea.

The spa is a lovely experience and it was quiet with only my husband and I in the spa during our visit.

The outside has a number of pools, with lovely double lounge beds for couples too. The pools are unheated but lovely respite from the heat of the sun. Lots of sun beds and two life guards with another staff member running the bar/cafe and providing pool towels.

Room service is good, a limited number of options, but good quality and generous portions, if you fancy a night of chilling in your room.

The hotel is about 4/5 kilometres from the main town and Old Town, but only costs around 12 to 15 euros in a taxi. Or you can use the bus that come to the theme park next door for about 2 euros each. It’s excellent if you want to go in to the crazy nightlife on some nights and want to be away from it during the daytime.

The only slight negative is the food at breakfast although quite good, needed some variation. But this is being very picky as it still offered a good wide range of choices.

Overall, I loved this hotel and the staff were excellent especially Angel, who helped with our terrible Spanish and his excellent English. We are already looking at squeezing in an extra holiday in 2020 to revisit.

Thank you to all the staff..

We just came back 2days ago. Overall experience was fantastic! The food was great. There are a lot of choices for the breakfast( they even have waffles, churros pancake with Nutella, cream and different sauces. There are croissant, cakes, and cereals, hams, different cheese and fresh salad. For the hot ones they do have freshly fried eggs, baked beans, different sausages and so on. The fresh squeezed orange juice was just amazing really need to mention it! For the drinks they have milk chocolate milk, coffee, different fresh juices. They also got fresh fruit such as pineapple, melon and watermelon (they are so sweet, fresh and not canned fruit!!!!!). They do have coffees and tea bags but sadly the water machine doesn’t work for the hot water. Overall the breakfast is very good! We had half board package so we had dinner every night in the hotel. The food quality was first class but limited choice. Another drawback is that they don’t have ice cream and you need to pay for your drinks( although it’s around 2eroz per person). The environment is great you can have the view of the sea and high rise buildings of Benidorm.
One of the greatest advantages of grand Luxor is that you have free entrance to the theme park (where is not even 1 minutes walking), aqua land and zoo. We went with a kid age 5. He absolutely likes it. The pool is absolutely amazing!!! A lot of sun beds and really nice surroundings! However, we brought a big float to the pool and we got asked not to using it (disappointed).
The location is vey convenient although there is no single shops nearby. The first time we went to town is by taxi is quite pricey coz we called for 2taxis( we have 5people and they rarely have big taxis like UK) cost us 30eros. Then we find out the bus route is just in the theme park. Cost 1.5 euros per person take you straight to the hotel or the town or any attractions that I mentioned above. The night entertainment was great but not so much communication with audiences. ( all entertainment was in Spanish (a drawback). The hotel staff are all so helpful and friendly especially the first day when we arrived the cowboy in the lobby is very friendly and helpful!! I think the cowboy is the only one who speaks good English in the hotel. Forgot to mention most staff and visitors are Spanish. The room is big and clean!
We had a amazing holiday in grand Luxor thanks to all the hotel staff! We would definitely comeback again in the near future!

Had a great few days. Great family room, enjoyed using the passes . Pool area was lovely , breakfast plentiful and something for everyone. Tainted by my phoned being taken / stolen from the bar terrace . Accidentally left on the rattan settee . Would return but would not assume that guests and staff are as honest as we are !

Not quite sure, we had a Jacuzzi in our bath which, in the 5* suites I think is standard.
