We had a voucher for this hotel which we had bought for a more than reasonable price. We got a spacious and clean room (I guess it was one of the renovated ones), a very nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. We can't complain and are more than satisfied with our stay. It is true that the entire hotel itself looks a bit outdated for a 4-stars-hotel, but again: We had a very pleasant stay for the money we paid! The only thing I want to mention for improvement reason is that the bathroom does not fit to the renovated room, as it does not look very updated. The showerhead is not high enough for taller people (I am 1,74m and had my
problems), so taking a shower is not very relaxing. Anyways, the bathroom was clean so nothing to really complain about.
I would stay here again.

I had a suite....warm enough after i have started the heating system but :

- very poor decorated
- phone from the room was not functioning
- tv in the living room also not functioning
- extremely expensive during the fairs for they offer
- stuff of the hotel ...very friendly and trying to help

We stayed in junior suite for month and half bcz my dad in INI hospital

First I’ll talk about room:
1- wide bed room with sala and small kitchen
2-need to change furniture old
3- wifi need to login every time and only for 1 device u can use for 3 days then take again from reception
4- complimentary 2 water daily but some time they not put and u have to call receptionist to bring u

Bathroom:
1- smallest bathroom in whole world looool
2- need to change everything inside
3- shower 🚿 place is wrong
4- quality of shower gel and shampoo 👎🏻👎🏻

Hotel:
1- no one will take ur baggage 🧳 to room
2- need to check will ur bill
3- breakfast every day same food 😭👎🏻
3- some of receptionist need to improve their attitude
4- hotel far from city center (first use bus then train)
5- good price

After rather longish check in received key room without any comment or remark. Room itself, smelled like old attick with very dirty carpet, run down furniture. Bathroom turned out to be equiped for invalid, not normal shower or toilet.
Bed old, room very hot. Although window could be opened, impossible as is on very noisy and busy street. Only slept a few hours, after long, long trip.
Restaurant, food very limited choice and even then food was terrible.
Internet access only with purchase of EURO 7.50 code, are we living in 2000 still?
Only good point was breakfast which was the highlight of the stay, although expensive for the offer, it was decent and therefor the highlight. Next time in Hannover, rather take hotel 1 hr or more away, than revisit this hotel.

I have stayed here in march 2019 again. I recommand this hotel especially for those who wants to get to INI HANNOVER. ITis the closest one(300m). Clean hotel and good room ,spacious . The breakfast is amazing...again u can find here anything u like.. Thanks again to special one VEDAT which was very helpfull ...again. U can stay here also to visit Hannover because it is a green zone and not so crowded.
